It was already dawn...
Daya and Danny were outside the camp- a huge hut that has enough space to accommodate their troops, together with some of their comrades who were assigned to guard the camp for the entire night.
They were standing, staring straight towards the woods. They were worried since Benjie and Cainnick haven't arrived yet.
"It's already dawn. Why aren't they here yet?" she wondered.
"I have a bad feeling about this, " Danny said.
"Whatever you are thinking right now, I hope that's not true," Daya said.
"Okay. You know what? We have been waiting for them to arrive since yesterday. I must go down and check whether something happened to them along the road."
Then he called Nick, Teodoro's grandson.
"Come with me. Let's check someone on the road ."
"Right," he responded.
