Is the land outside real?…

As Belitrus searched for the medicine shop, he thought deeply about what happened and the land outside the mine which he had never seen before

Tho Elvira had told him a lot about the way the people outside the mines live like, he never had enough Vision to really know what she was talking about

When she said most part of the land are covered with flowers, grasses and trees, what does she mean by that, he asks himself

'What is a grass?' Elvira had explained that it is mostly green in colour, and that it's grows from the ground, "from the ground?" He had asked her in suprise, because the ground is the closest think he could relate to, how is he to describe green and colour, Elvira had look around where they was searching for where she could find anything containing green colour

Not seeing any item with the green colour, she went into a long and boring explanation on the structure of colours, though that had helped him a lot, now he knows his colour is red in colour

‘And the trees?’ he had asked her thinking it's some think of rock, and even as she tried her best to explain the properties of the tree, that it is brown in colour, and that takes in water and sun for it to survive

 Elvira telling him brown in colour was obviously a bad thought to his imagination as his mind just couldn't go off from relating it to the ground or a rock

Then asking again, what is the SUN, which was one of the objects she said the tree eats from he thought, must be a powerful material to make something like a tree to grow, he became fascinated by it

But after Elvira told his It is a very hot thing floating far far away from the earth, he's fascination with it vanguish off, “hope the sun would not be brought into the mine" he had begged her, "try to stop them from doing so if they ever talk about it" and this made Elvira laughed hard for a long while

He had no idea why she was laughing and started feeling ashamed that he must have said something foolish, making him embarrassed with himself

"I would surely do that, trust me" she had said, and this improved his mood at that moment greatly, as it means he was not saying something so stupid as he had thought

Elvira knew that going into details would not improved the situation but only make him more and more confused decided to answer he's questions more clearly with as little details as possible

Belitrus had enjoyed that day when this had happened a lot, hearing about things out of this world and things he can not even imagine in his wildest dreams

So thinking about these things as he walks to the medicine man shop made him happy and pushes the thought of the horrific death that was given to the pregnant woman who caught a gleam of hope as she had walked forward

On reaching the medicine man shop, he could see a lot of people in line waiting for their turn, the place smelled like it was filled with dead bodies

The screams from different people in agony was just too much as ran he out of the large and deep cell patch

Waiting a while at the entrance of the medicine man shop he could see the reality of where he was, it is a tough world being inside the mine but is the land outside real?

The only thing he can hold unto about how real the other side on the mine gate is was the items and goods they bring into the mine, and who is to say that the other side isn't just another mine where they grow all these things they send to us

All the normal food in which the savagers eat on a normal basis was all brought from outside the mine

Tho in recent years there have been news that some smart savage had created a way to make food from inside the mine using it as a way to dominate the other savagers but was a rumour

The Savagers called any news that talked about Savagers and mines but not the present mine on which they stay a Rumour

And the food producing rumour was from the land of Galviberth, and to them it was an unknown imaginary land where a lot of rumours come from

‘i should make sure to ask Elvira about this rumour imaginary land when next she comes’ he said to himself, still outside as he waited, not really knowing what he was waiting for

It would soon be time for his mining batch to mine the active Cell_HD-543, and that would last about 8 hours, 'I better start going back' he thought to himself as he stands up about to be going when Sybella suddenly appeared by his side, loosing the cloth she had tied on her hair as she stuck it into her side pocket, not yet seeing him

It seems like she had closed for the day Belitrus thought seeing her reaction as she came out

Belitrus now ready to show himself, stood up from the rock chair in which he had been sitting on 

“Hi” he said as Sybella turns to look at who was talking with indifference 

“woooow…” she screams as a joyful delight ran through her, seeing the most wanted person in her life right now after such a stressful time of working in the medicine shop

“Belitrus, this really you?” she hugged him tightly "am not letting you out of my sight again" she said as she was still squeezing in the hug

"Hi Sybil" he said smilling as she finally freed him from the suffocation

“Wow it's been so long, you didn't even come any day to come see me, I have been expecting you” Sybella said in a squeeze of her mouth, like her asking for explanation for his neglect

“it haven't been that long, it's just three days ago that we last saw eachother, and here I am, I came today to see you, isn't it part of anyday?” he asked her jokingly

“And where is Goth ” she said as she looked all around the place “why didn't you bring him along with you” she gave him a friendly punch on the shoulder

"I have no idea which cell patch he lives in" he confessed 

"What?" She seemed not to have believed what he just said, "then how did he go back, don't tell me you left him to go alone" she grasped in shock

“He insisted that I leave him at the entrance of the secondary tunnel Cell_JH-56” Belitrus defends himself as she seemed angry with what he had done

“am telling you really, he did not want me to follow him further, am serious, he probably has someone come pick him up or was living in a secret cell patch and would prefer no one to know about it”

Sybella was now convinced that he tried his best to take Goth directly home, but he refused by his own accord "ok I believe you, you would not have saved his life, treated him and then let harm come to him again"

“Thank you for that” Belitrus said as she finally agreed to his defense

“Maybe we would see him arround later, where shall we go now?” she asked him, wanting to have some fun after the long hours at the medicine man shop

Sybella started moving away from the medicine shop cell patch, "aren't you coming " she asked as he was still standing looking at her, Sybella then put a finger in her mouth as if biting it but in an enticing way 

“My batch mining would soon be starting so I would not be staying for too long” he told her seeing that she's ready to go full on 

“Ok I understand, would you just follow me to see one on my patients , then I will allow you to go to your batch mining and we call it for the day ” she proposed to him

‘allow?’ he thought, that sounds like am in a bongage to her, he laughed

Thinking of what she had just proposed and checking how much time he had before the batch mining starts

“ok, I will follow you to see this friend you are talking about, but hope we would not stay there for too long” he asked knowing her and her busy body lifestyle

“ yeah we would not take too long I promise you ”she smiled as they started going

Belitrus reasoning what the smile meant and how it would effect in her mouth only decision or trick

Talking for a long while as Sybella and Belitrus both walked together to get to this unknown friend of hers, as expected, Sybella was the one always bringing up a topic to talk about

“Why don't we hang out more, what cell patch do you live in" she asked him on the way to their destination

"Oh it's in Cell _DG" he replied

She stopped making him stop too as she started looking at him in a weird manner

“why do you omitted the exact patch you live in, you don't want me coming to see you without your notice?” she asked him, feeling suspicious of him

“Or maybe you have a female at home and don't want me around there” she hit him as she said this, would probably be a lot jealous if that was the case

She started moving again, ignoring him, seems the jealousy has already ventured in

“No …no, not at all” he called at her, as he followed suit in moving “its just that am not always around, I move around a lot, so you would not be able to see me when you come there”

“wow this is new, I have never been to any tunnel shaped this way” he said on reaching a low top tunnel where theyhad to bow their head to be able to enter into it

“What the position of these tunnels" he asked, "there is no inscription on the wall marking out it's position” 

“Yes that is because they are called secret passages” she said like she have had knowledge of it for a very long time

“Ok I think I should explain this to you, we are going to see a new tacky friend of mine, and I will have to treat some injury for a short while, just cleaning and resealing, but it's not Durid my friend that is injured, but another friend of his, and that friend of his is the owner of this secret passage”

All these were not entering into Belitrus understanding too well, the mention of the word friend was too much so he was lost in the explanation that Sybella was giving

“So how many people are we going to meet where we are going?” Belitrus asked so as to be cautious of danger incase the numbers does not tally

“Just two I think, one injured and the other taking care of the injured one is my friend Durid”

“hes always constantly asking the injured one weird questions anytime he gets himself and become awake for a while, so don't let that come as a suprise to you”

“But I have always told him that it's bad for the injured one health who needs rest as he is badly injured and in pain” Sybella was saying

And to Belitrus all this looks all too strange as he follows Sybella into this type of secret passage that he had never seen before all through his life

“And who is this friend Durid you said was his name right?” Belitrus asked now feeling nauseous as he wasn't used to this kind of clustered surrounding

“Oh I just met him three days ago the same day I met you guys when I was coming back with the drugs for Goth, though we started off on a wrong foot, but we are good now”

“them I met him two days ago when we got to know eachother better, though it wasn't all smooth and pleasant, there was some…. Ehh you know" she said like he was supposed to understand, but Belitrus just stayed quiet as they move deeper into the passage which was getting tighter

“That's when I also told him that I work at the medicine man shop with all the bad blood in the air”

“The we met one day ago when he said he needed my help since I was experienced in taking care of injuries, acting all nice and stuff, so unlike him” she continued talking as it seems like they were almost at the end of this highly uncomfortable trip through this weird looking secret passage

“So he showed me this passage yesterday, and I was like WOW...., stitched up his friend as he continuously asked the injured man questions, told him I would be coming the next day, and now here we are ta.… daaa..." She smiled as they reached the end of the secret passage

Entering into a large hall as Belitrus couldn't believe his eyes, 'is this the outside world?' He asked himself
