An encounter to remember
“You have a bit of a familiar face” the general told her to her ear
“And believe me that is something which happens rarely, as I tend not to notice people's faces"
"Especially not maids, as I tend to see all of them in the same light, making it different to personally differentiate between one or the other"
"But with you it's different, you look like someone I have had an encounter with in the past"
“i just can't really remember when that was" the general added
Nelda just stayed there like she was frozen in the spot,
And from his words, she did not know if they were from his side of having an intense like for someone one just met
Or was it the manipulative interrogation from from the general to the maid in order to find out why this maid have been really interested in his movements
“looking back at Boris” the general stood up straight now
“Was all good chatting with you" the general told him, as he was about to leave and head to the next group of People
“And you beautiful Gloria, I would like to see you late in my cart during the reminder of the journey ”
“Ok my general" she replied, having mixed feelings to the request he had just made
And off he went to his next interaction, trying to get the feel of things supposed Nelda
“Why did you do that!” Nelda immediately asked Boris as soon as the general was gone
“Do what, I was just trying to help you hit it off with the general”
“Since you fancied him a lot, I could tell from the way you were lost at him as he moved through out the field, your eyes following him each place he sets on”
“so I wanted to help you out and get a score with the general as I could see you feeling him”
Nelda was now getting impatient as what he had just done have tied her up with the general for a while
She was happy tho, as this would enable her to get more information directly from the general as she is now bound to be in frequent contact with him
“And did I ask you for your help?” Nelda asked Boris "did I say anything of me being interested in the general in the first place?" She asked again
This was not supposed to be the way the maids were supposed to talk with their warriors
They were bred to be gentle and easily submissive, unlike the men in the Red dynasty
“Ok, I made a mistake, I mistook your curiosity with interest” Boris apologized laughing hard
Making Nelda to just get even more furious with him, ‘she must got a hot spirit’ Boris thought in his heart
“Ok, let's start moving!!!!..” the same warrior came to announce to all who were there
“Wake up anyone sleeping by your side, pack all belongings and get set to start moving, there isn't much time left”
“Hey love” Boris tapped on Prisca, who have spent most of her time sleeping after their pleasurable experience
“What is it, am still tire, let me sleep” Prisca the maid replies in discomfort, still clung to Boris, making him not to easily move around
“Babe come on, there's no time for this, I need to get to my fellow warriors as we journey back”
Taking a pull at her, she finally released her longtime hug with him as she sat up now back to her normal self
“How long have I been asleep, I feel I have lost track of time” Prisca asked, directing the question at no one in particular
“Not long, just a bit of time had passed since you laid down” replied Maria, her accompanying maid
Then all the warriors and maids among the party started arranging themselves to go on the journey towards the barracks, which was still a bit far off
Everyone was set and Nelda went back to join the maids where they were meant to stand by during the journey along with Maria, Prisca and the other maids
Looking back at where they were, Nelda smiled inwardly, ‘how strange a formerly non distinguishable place could hold so much memory in a short period of time’
Then the movement started as everyone started moving, towards the great journey to the familiar awaiting them
After a while Boris in talks with the other warriors as they journeyed through the fields and pathways
“the general request the company of the maid; Gloria in his cart” a messenger warrior suddenly caught his attention and revealed the statement he was sent to deliver
“Ok, tell the general that she would be brought to his cart in no time” Boris sent back the messenger with his reply
As he went off the group meant for the warrior to where the maids were, in search for Nelda who was bearing the name Gloria as a disguise to her real identity
“Hey Gloria” Boris having found her and started calling out to her, but she seemed not to have been able to respond to her name until Boris touched her by the shoulder
“Hey I have been calling you all this while, you didn't answer, have a problem with your ears? ” Boris asked her curiously
“Oh sorry, didn't hear you clearly” Nelda was really trying her best to blend into this crowd where she have found herself in
“So?, What's the matter, why searching for me” she asked
Maria and Prisca came arm in arm to see their lover Boris as he was talking to Nelda
“Hi dear” they waved at him as they came closer to him
“What are you doing here in the male section” Prisca asked him
“Hope you are not here to get a new set of girls, there's no way we are letting you go anywhere I promise you”
Boris was not really ready to see these his two girls, so he assured them quickly that it was nothing of that nature
“I just came to carry the orders of the general, he is requesting for Gloria presence on his cart” he told them
They were wowed, “The general likes Gloria?” Prisca asked in shock
“How did they even meet up” she asked again, as she was sleeping at the time all of that unfolded then
“Can we accompany her , we would love to see the general too” Maria added in a pleading manner
“Oh no, sorry dear, that can't happen, the general instructions are to be followed to the last detail, if not, less or more would piss him up”
“Oh no, don't worry about it” Maria accepted her fate
"But why would you want to go see the general when you have me" Boris asked them, kind of upset and they both broke into laughter
"Okay then, am ready to meet the general' Nelda told Boris
