Chapter 37

Nelda and Luna in enemy's camp...

The room Nelda and Luna were in was now getting darker by the clock as they stay in wait, whispering when they needed to talk, stuck in the midst of a mighty enemy force made up of experienced warriors and a general of the great Red dynasty unlike the normal multiple guards which the two organisation members took out few days ago

Nelda knew it was impossible to fight with such a great and powerful set of people in the Caitlyn mansion, the only valid option was the escape at all cost route, taking out the few who tries to block the way out if possible

“I think things are going quiet now in the mansion, should we take that as a bad sign or a good one” Luna asked her superior, who was already in a resting position for the night

“None I guess, they are just tired of chatting outside and now getting indoors to rest as it's getting late already” replied Nelda to calm the tense Luna

“Get somewhere and lay your head, tomorrow is a big day an make sure you are ready to use the Electra zipper tomorrow as we would be heavily on the look out for escape incase we get noticed” she warned her assistant knowing the dangers the next day holds

“I don't think the warriors know the maids by face, so as far as we dress up like the maids, move and behave like the maids” Luna was checking out her maid outfit as she said this

They were in a room in the Caitlyn mansion that looked like a private study, already searched and teared apart by the Organization members and the warriors in search of any information that they needed

Nelda laid by two of the side tables joined together to make more space to fit her whole body, while her Electra zipper was still attached to her hand and on the table, ready for action at a moment notice with fight to flee as the main option before the enemy backup may come 

Luna was more restless than Nelda, not minding that it was her who brought up the idea of sleeping in the same building together with the enemy warriors all round them

"Why do we have to follow the general” Luna who was now sitted asked Nelda the Golden eagle whose eyes were already closed but not asleep , though her eyes wear closed to reduce it's pressure, her ears and sensing abilities were through the roof at the moment, ready to signal the brain at any possibility of danger

“The general void.…, Void is his name, while his adviser warrior is Vilda, never try to engage them in a fight, if it ever comes across that way, try your possible best to flee that scene” she told Luna incase she comes around them 

This sent chills through Luna, ‘they must be the top warriors here right now she thought

“Ok I understand” Luna smiled hiding her fear of these two men and the possibility of them being the one to catch her as a maid imposter when not with Nelda her master

The day got darker and colder as Nelda and Luna dressed in maids clothing waited for the coming day filled with different possibilities

The next day….

The day was already broken, 7:30am in the morning Luna wakes up and looked around but she could not find Nelda in the room

Shocked she immediately looked at the door where they had barricaded with heavy items in case there was an Intruder, to stop the person from badging in unexpectedly

The door was still how they have kept it before they went to sleep yesterday, that means had not left through the door but the window’ she thought now understanding why she did that, ‘leaving through the door would have put my life at risk as there would be no more support on the door against intruders’

"Luna?…" It was Nelda, she just entered inside the room from the window “get ready we would be joining them soon as maids of the Red dynasty before they start moving, be prepared”

“Join them?..” Luna asked

“Yes, disguised as the Red dynasty maids as we had done before…. , Don't you remember that our mission was to tail the general and find out as much information as possible?…, Like if the Red dynasty is planning on an attack on the organization or something of that nature”

“Yeah, yeah, that's true, thought we would just follow them from afar without joining their ranks, making it less dense, like we would be right in the middle of them all, using the Electra zipper to escape would be literally impossible” Luna made know her fear

“I understand that you are scared, you can stay back and head back to Brakka after we are gone away from the mansion, you know where the horses are tied down right?” Nelda said already preparing to go join the enemy in disguise alone since fear had set upon Luna

"How do you intend on carrying your Electra zipper with you as you are entering their ranks?" Luna asked Nelda concerned about her master

“Oh about that, i wouldn't be with it during the hour with the Red dynasty warrior, would be hidden in a package and loaded among the carted load transport”

“What?..” Luna was now really scared for her master, “how do you escape then if caught unexpectedly, it's sucidial... ” Luna rushed to embrace Nelda in a hug, probably the last time they would be seeing eachother for a while

Patting her head and hugging her tightly too “Dont worry Luna I would be alright, just make sure that you get back home to Brakka safely…, would miss my sweet assistant a lot” Nelda smiled in reassurance that she has someone who loves and cares for her well being

With this, Nelda unattached the Electra zipper from her hand and wrapped it in a black material putting it in a package box

Holding the box “Ok got to go now, try zipping off the mansion to the other side of the fence before I open the door” 

“Give me a minute.. ” Luna said as she calibrated her Electra zipper already attached to her hand, hugged Nelda one last time and then zoomed off the mansion through the window Nelda had come in through

‘bye Luna, my faithful assistant’ Nelda thought as she finally removed the barricade and opened the door 

“what are you doing there?….” two warriors were in front of the door she just opened!

Separated for a second...

Now sure that Luna was already out of the dangers that loess within the mansion, she was not overly scared of what was before her eyes right now

Two warriors of the Red dynasty fully dressed and ready to leave for the journey back to wherever they came from, now right in front of her as soon as she came out the door

“I said what were you doing there!!!…” the one with the broader shoulder was already coming up close to her with a look of menace in his face

Nelda now fully acknowledging her situation was a bit stiff at the moment; her Electra zipper was not in her hand as she had already packaged it, her shuriken was what gave her hope now, as it was hidden under her maid garment and can be easily brought out Incase anything was to befall her

But taking another part of least resistance, she put up her vulnerable timid attitude that was supposed to be the typical way of a maid in the Red dynasty, in a low and pleading voice she said “please sir.... forgive me..... I was asked to go clean the upper side room and I was lost and went into this one”

Her hand wrapped around the Electra zipper holding it to her body, pleading and bending a little as if she was about to kneel down, the warrior warrior still came closer with he's menace looking face waning off and some sort of l**t taking over

His fellow warrior following along with him as they move closer to Nelda

“How sorry are you...” he said in an odd smile grabbing Nelda by the arm as he pulled her back into the room from where she had just came out from

Nelda now feeling that her show of vulnerability to make them allow her be was a bit too much as they were now of the impression that they could do anything to her

“close the door behind you ” the warrior with the broad shoulder looked back as he spoke to the other warrior 

‘Your mistake’ immediately Nelda heard the door shut and knowing what they intend to do, in a flash moment before the warrior with the broad shoulder could notice what she was doing, while holding the packaged Electra zipper in one hand, she raised her maid garment up with the other hand, taking out some set of her shuriken

The warriors too occupied with their ego of trapping a hapless timid maid didn't know they had just trapped themselves, not a hapless timid maid as they had thought ‘chuvk….’ one of Nelda shuriken was in the neck of the broad shoulder warrior who was already trying to rip her dress open

“Brosnia?..” the other warrior at the back called to his friend, seeing that he stopped moving as he could not see the attack from Nelda, only seeing the back of the broad shoulder warrior

“Bros….niiii...iiii” he wanted to call again as he was already walking forward to where his fellow lifeless warrior and the hapless timid maid was but was cut short by one of Nelda shuriken in the middle of his forehead

‘Thummm…’ they both fell on the floor at the same time, ‘damn, this is gonna make me late’ Nelda thought as she started dragging the first warrior's body towards a hidden corner, followed by the second body to the same place

There was some bits of blood on the floor, so she had to start cleaning to avoid getting the whole warriors in the mansion spooked and initiate a thorough security search on one of the warriors seeing the blood or body

In some minutes she was done cleaning the blood stain from the floor as she gathered whatever was open to raise suspicion of anyone ventured into the room, which was unlikely

Taking her package which held her Electra zipper hidden within it to the cart for carrying the loads, she gently placed it by the side where it was easily accessible before going on to join the ranks of maids in order to blend before the party starts on their way to the unknown location

She saw she kind of spooked some of the maids as a few were looking at her as she joined them, one of them pointing a finger at her to show another of the maid, this didn't scare Nelda much as she knew it was a normal habit of maids to gossip among themselves incessantly

She just hoped that among the few who were staring at her that none of them is a superior maid in charge of the others, thereby having the right and enough information to appraise her on her identity

From were she was, she could see the top warriors along with the general now coming out of the mansion to enter into their carts for those it was made available for and join the party who was about to begin moving

Her eyes was locked on the general to enable her pinpoint the exact cart he was entering for future reference purposes

A warrior came towards them, the maids, he was of a high status as he had ventured out of the mansion together with the general and other top warriors

“Ok, some of you would be staying behind” he announced on reaching there “…. And I would be hand picking those who would”

This sent chills through Nelda as she had already put the Electra zipper in one of the carts, and getting picked now to stay behind and then going to retrieve the package would surely send alerts, and also she needed to stay on the tail of the general

“You, come out….. ” the warrior pointed at one of the maids as he had started making his selection, “you too …. Come out” fear ran through Nelda as it was a maid very close to where she was standing, she darted her eyes a bit off so as not to look directly at the choosing warrior

Within a few minutes, the warrior was done choosing about eight maids who were to stay back and luckily Nelda was not among the chosen ones, she sighed with relief

“All set… let's start moving” Nelda heard a voice announced

Looking back to the cart where she had placed her Electra zipper in to make sure it was following them on the journey because some warriors and maids were asked to stay back in order to guard, take care of and maintain the mansion
