Lo and behold!,:( an unwanted surprise …
The Lords having arrived at the main entrance where all incoming visitors and goods arrive through to enter into the premise of the royal surrounding which hosts most of the official buildings of the land of Alzhamera
They never expected what they saw before their eyes, the carriage far down below the steps and the warriors lined up on both side of the steps their weapons at hand ready to attack, the royal guards in an official stance to welcome the lords
“Wow am impressed, what a magnificent view” the Earl said as they came to the a standstill
“Not a bad set up I suppose, never knew such a spectacular is being set up for this unknown carriage” lord Alzath told his guests as he called out to his guards and warriors who were set to receive anything that comes at them
“Why the wait, why haven't the occupants of this carriage revealed themselves” lord Alzath was getting impatient as he had no knowledge of what the carriage holds, putting him in an uncomfortable situation
While inside the carriage unknown to the the long waited lords, the ready for battle warriors and the multiple guards In their formal stance were two boisterous giggling girls dressed in fine clothing and ornaments and jewellery
“Wow, what a wonderful welcome they have prepared for us" one of the noble ladies said as they both started giggling “now I know Elvira is really a true friend”
“sh… ahh.. Look over there it's Cussusex, wow…..” one of thee ladies gushed in surprise as she saw him “So Elvira wasn't lying or playing us a trick when she said he has come to her father's land and he's looking for us ”
“This is so unimaginable, Cussusex and the lords coming to welcome us in such a majestic spectacle, this is surely the dream” the other lady was smiling and waving her hands like a dancer which had the high quality gloves on
“Thalia we should wait a bit longer, I don't wish to leave this moment” the other noble lady said to her friend, having no idea the mood of their outside companions
Lord Alzath waved his hand to call for a guard to come forward, on reaching where he was “where is Jinto my honoured warrior” he asked the guard
“An sorry my Lord, I heard there was a fight off between him and your daughter lady Elvira” the guard replied
“What on earth!!?” his voice was so loud at the shock of the formerly unknown news to him that everyone turned their head in quick reaction to see what the problem was
‘Have the lord been shot by an archer from the carriage while we were all here? That's impossible' Fear gripped their heart, on the thought of that happening
“Where is my daughter 'Elvira', and on what Ed's name do Jinto have to lay his hands on my only child, my daughter!!” he shouted in anger at no one in particular for Jinto actions, but it was the guard that was directly in front of him that was receiving the impact of the outrage, shivering in bones not knowing how to react
The other guards and warrior now aware that it was not an arrow or any harm directed on their lord that called for such a shout was relieved from the initial tension that held them on the thought of it
They all felt a bit of shame for Jinto as lord Alzath made known his angered thought that Jinto must have harmed his daughter since they were in a fight while it was the other way round
“My lord it didn't go the wa…” the guard was about explaining as Lord Alzath shouted again, now directly at him "Go get Jinto, he has crossed a line, a blasphemy to the land of Alzhamera" he was clearly angry now as the guard ran off to do as he was ordered to do
“He needs to be severely punished for his actions, honoured guard or not, who dares raise his hand on a royal noble” Cussusex also got angry at what he has just heard
The Earl 'Cuscox of Michigan' now tired of the happenings all around and wanting to go back to his guest chamber directed his displeasure with the whole business at the carriage
“Why has the carriage not been torn apart with so many warriors around, do something now and stop standing there like performers in a circus” he spoke in a displeasing tone
“Reveal yourself strangers, of we take over the carriage by force” a high ranking warrior spoke in a shout to the hearing of Thalia and Alva, the occupants of the carriage
The two female nobles in the carriage now getting confused at what was going on “Thalia I think we need to go out to meet them, we have stayed too long in here ” Alva said to her friend
“I don't think they want us out just yet, if they did then why haven't they sent a guard to open the door for us to come out, they must be probably waiting for Elvira to come because I can not see her there among the lords standing”
“But this have taken too long and there must be something wrong, l think we should go out and greet them”
“Oh see…!!” Thalia beckoned as she pointed to the upward left side of the stairs at what Alva couldn't really make out what is
“Look closer, its Elvira..., now the wait is over she” she said to Alva
“Can we come out now” Alva asked, having grown impatient and feeling something isn't right from such attention given to them by such high lords and their warriors
“No no look again she's coming to us”
“Elvira?” lord Alzath asked in shock as he turned to see her on his right hand side walking forward “i thought I was just given the information of you having a fight with Jinto, did he hurt?” lord Alzath asked still in suprise
“He wish he did, he was lucky I didn't put an arrow through his head” she replied her father the lord, without even looking to the side where he was as she walked by towards the carriage which was still afar off, passing the centre of the guards
“No Elvira don't go further, that's an unidentified visitor and a potential threat” her father called out to her as she moved at a steady pace towards the carriage
Nonchalantly she replied as she reaches the carriage “they are my guests, oh great lord of Alzhamera” she said the last tone with scarcism as the warriors enclose the carriage with a bit distance from her
Elvira who was dressed now in the robe of a noble, how she was always supposed to be always dressed was a delight to Cussusex who admire her so much and a pleasant surprise to all in the audience at the moment
Surprised, all the onlookers were, as two female nobles ventured out of the carriage wearing their long robe of the finest materials, their floral design hat tilted to the side of the head and their white sparkling gloves covering their delicate skin, they could almost be taken for twins if not for their slightly different complexion and height
Thalia was a daring, courageous and fun craving type of woman, he was taller than her friend Alva, and was of a bit darker complexion, she had a knack for dragging attention towards herself
While Alva was a little more on the reserved side of the line, always being curious but conscious of her surroundings, also a fun craving kind of girl like her friend Thalia, she was more beautiful than Thalia people always said but she never felt so, with Thalia always sucking all the attention and herself in the background
They are a longtime acquitance of Elvira, not really friends tho, meeting eachother in a ballroom dance where Elvira was forced to attend by her father, not being able to dance she was mocked by the two girls and with a punch from Elvira, so did their relationship started
Meeting in another occasion for the nobles there Thalia and Alva had fell for Cussusex, and have ever since been long rivals on who gets him, though fortunately for them their rivalry for Cussusex did not break their relationship with eachother (Thalia & Alva) but strengthened it
“Welcome fine ladies” Elvira welcomed her guests as they came out of the flamboyant carriage, smiling and giggling wildly
“Wow Elvira, I wasn't really expecting such a welcome, the warriors and the guards lines up is such an almighty sight to see, and the lords? I have no idea how you did this”
“You would be suprised” Elvira said in a noble girly tone and they all giggled in happiness but to Elvira it was just an act, all of it was
The warriors looked as eachother as they started to withdraw back to their positions, no one was expecting this to be the result of the long stand off between the two parties
A total disappointment in comparison to the thought of a strong battle tyhat they had expected
