*Episode 15: "The Desperate Escape"*

Ava's heart was racing as she sprinted across the warehouse, dodging crates and leaping over obstacles. The CEO's laughter echoed through the space, sending chills down her spine.

She spotted a side door and made a break for it, her footsteps pounding the concrete. She could hear the CEO's goons closing in, their heavy boots thundering behind her.

Ava burst through the door and into the night air, gasping for breath. She sprinted down the alley, her eyes scanning for an escape route.

Suddenly, a car screeched to a halt beside her. The door swung open, and Marcus yanked her inside. "Go, go, go!" he yelled to the driver.

The car sped away, narrowly avoiding the goons. Ava collapsed back into her seat, her heart still racing.

"What took you so long?" she asked Marcus, trying to catch her breath.

Marcus grinned. "I was waiting for the perfect moment to intervene. Plus, I had to make sure our getaway driver was in place."

Ava rolled her eyes, relief washing over her. "You're a real-life action hero."

As they sped away from the danger, Ava's phone buzzed with an incoming call. It was Sophia, her voice low and mysterious.

"You're welcome, Ava. But remember, this is just the beginning."

The line went dead, and Ava turned to Marcus. "I think we're in for a wild ride."
