Wolves gathered around for the annual celebration of the Blood moon. The celebration was often called ‘The dance of the Aima Fengari.’
On this day, Selene would send down Mávros and Áspro. These two brothers were the dancers of the Aima Fengari. They would form circles around the moon and fall to Earth, where they would be offered as a sacrifice to the goddess.
The twins were just like yin and yang; they balanced each other. Mavros being the god of destruction needed someone to calm him down when he got too upset and Aspro was the perfect man for the job.
