Chapter 6 - Lioness

Gazing at Vansh, Ragini couldn’t speak further. She quickly dropped her raised hand. Vansh called Ragini inside the cabin while Riddhima was asked to stand outside. Ragini went inside by smirking at her. Riddhima felt humiliated. He was the one who told her not to allow anyone inside then why did he ask that lady to come inside his cabin.

Ragini came outside and told her, “From Vansh, I came to know about you that you are his secretary but be within your limits. I am giving you a final warning, Stay away from my Vansh.”

Anger aroused in Riddhima. She controlled her mind and told herself that she should focus only on saving the old couple. Angre came toward her and told her that Vansh wanted to meet her. Angre opened Vansh's cabin door, and Riddhima followed him. Vansh was as usual sitting on his king-size rolling chair. Reyansh was standing behind Vansh.

He questioned her, “Why were you quarreling with Ragini? Explain to me”.

Riddhima stated to him, “You were watching my every observation on CCTV camera for the past one hour. Then also you are questioning me.”

Angre in astonishment asked her, “How did you know about it, that boss was observing you.”

Riddhima explained to him, “When Ragini was about to slap me, the boss came quickly to rescue me. Next, when I entered the cabin I noticed there was no files or laptop on the boss table. Finally, he was just having a phone in his hand to spy on my actions and behavior. Today is my first day so the boss is checking my loyalty and responsibility towards him. I also belong to a mafia family, so I know all your tricks.”

“Smart!” Vansh expressed in a single word by taking a paper from his table. He handed the paper to Riddhima and asked her to read the document carefully and sign it. She took a pen nearby the table to sign it Vansh stopped her and asked her, “ Are you ok with the salary?”.

Riddhima again examined the salary amount which was given as 5,000. She answered, “Yes, I am not full-time working here, it is just a part-time job for me.”

“From now on, you are going to handle Ragini. You are going to stop her whenever time she tries to visit me. For the next one month, Angre and Reyansh are going to train you in all the other activities in the office and mansion. After a few months, Your salary amount will be increasing. Angre will explain about your new workplace and everything today.” Vansh said those words by examining her signature on the paper.

She nodded her head as a response. Vansh asked everyone to go out of his cabin as he wanted to be alone in the cabin. He was impressed by the way she found that he was testing her. Angre, Reyansh, and Riddhima came out and both men explained her daily activities in the office. After a few hours of explanation, Reyansh told that he was hungry, so the trio went to the canteen.

Angre ordered some snacks and tea. Riddhima took a sip and Angre told, “You handled Ragini mam in a better way. I had tried a lot to stop her from meeting the boss. But she used to ill-treat me because I belong to Panchamahabhutas. I have got lots of slaps from her.”

Riddhima asked him, “Mistake is on her side then why didn’t you give a slap to her?”.

Angre lowered his head by remaining silent and Reyansh told, “ Riddhima, we belong to Panchamahabhutas. Our responsibility is to serve the mafia clan members, we should even sacrifice our own life and save the mafia clan we work for. Then how could Angre slap a woman who is going to become the fiancée of our boss.”

Riddhima's eyes widened, She couldn’t believe that She had stopped Vansh’s soon-to-be fiancée from meeting Vansh inside his cabin.

Riddhima quickly asked, “Why is the boss trying to stay away from her?”.

Angre breathed and told, “It’s the boss's personal life, we can’t go and ask him.”

Riddhima went into deep thoughts, she had so many questions in her mind. But she couldn’t ask these questions to Angre and Reyansh on the first day itself so she remained silent.

In the evening, Angre and Reyansh took her to the mansion. She opened the car window and noticed the gigantic steel gate in front of the car. The security guards opened the gate, from the gate to the entrance of the mansion it will take at least take five minutes to reach by walk. Riddhima has already visited the mansion but she had failed to notice so many things.

She started to observe each and everything so that she can help the couple escape from the prison. The first thing she came up with was the beautiful and alluring building with lots of artwork and sculptures in that building. It was the most beautiful house Riddhima had ever seen in her life. The car stopped before the building. When she came out of the car she couldn’t take eyes from the entrance decoration. Angre had a phone call so Reyansh took her inside the building.

An ancient and Luxurious building with more than 20 servants working here and there in hurry in the living area. Riddhima understood that there were totally three floors in this mansion Riddhima saw two ladies descending from the steps. Anupriya and Gayathri remained silently gawking at her.

Riddhima was glaring at them because the past memories were revolving around her mind seeing both ladies. A servant came and whispered something in Reyansh ears. So he went with the servant.

“In our mansion, we have a certain condition that always employees should look down and talk with us by seeing the floor. Why are you glaring at us like that?” asked Anupriya.

Riddhima made a fake grin and told them, “I just looked at you but you both are thinking that I glared at you. Water clan people's eyes are intense and powerful that could even destroy evil people.”

Gayathri, the old lady of the family laughed in an evil way and told, “Come on dear, 85% of water clan people died between the clash of fire and water clan. We are more powerful than you people. Now, You are a single person, tell me, how are you going to destroy us.”

Riddhima chuckled and told, “ Have you both watched the discovery channel? In the widespread forest, there will be a herd of wild bulls traveling together and thinking to them that they are the king of the forest. But Suddenly a Lioness hiding from the bush pounces on the bull and reaches the target. Now tell me who is the king of the forest.”

Anupriya and Gayathri couldn’t tolerate the fact that Riddhima had compared herself to the lioness and compared them to the Wild bull. Before there could utter a word, Angre came near Riddhima. The conversation between them ended.

Both ladies went outside for some meeting. While Angre was giving a mansion tour, Riddhima saw a lady around her mother's age. The lady came running towards her and Suddenly gave her a hug to Riddhima.

“What a speech! Mind-blowing, fantabulous, excellent. In my life, I have seen this like scenario after 13 years.” Stated the lady broking the hug while Riddhima was bewildered and added “ Sorry, I forgot to tell my name. I am Chanchal, the daughter-in-law of this family. I heard your conversation with my mother-in-law and Anupriya. Awesome dear.”

Riddhima grinned as she spotted two individuals behind Chanchal. It was Aryan and Rudra Raisinghania, Angre told her. Riddhima was having a constructive talk.

Following their discussion, Riddhima and Angre headed to investigate the other location. Why didn't he take her to the first floor, Riddhima questioned him. He informed her that only Anupriya and Gayathri are permitted to visit the first level, which is a restricted area. The atmosphere in this home unnerved Riddhima.

She noticed a lady who was harshly speaking on the phone, “Avinash, you promised me to take me to the club today. Be on time. Today, I will win that Aishu by taking a lot of shots”

Riddhima’s gaze made Angre introduce her, “ She is Ishani mam, Vansh’s Raisinghania younger sister.”

Riddhima nodded her head. Riddhima didn’t have any interaction with her. Angre and Riddhima walked to the next room, Riddhima heard Reyansh’s voice.

“Please eat this food, mam. Anupriya mam will kill me if you didn’t have food and medicine.” Requested Reyansh. Riddhima and Angre opened the door. Sia quickly threw a flower vase which was kept near her in the direction of the door. The flower vase broke into pieces after reaching the door.

Angre has closed the door fast examining Sia’s actions that have saved Riddhima’s and Angre’s forehead.

“Who is She? I have told nobody to enter my room without my permission.” Cried Sia, another younger sister of Vansh with tears falling from eyes.

Reyansh controlled her by caressing her head, “She is the new secretary of our boss.”

Sia cried in pain by closing her eyes, “ I don’t want to see your boss then why should I see her secretary ask her to go away from her. Please everyone go away from here.”

Riddhima entered Sia's room after carefully opening the door. They were both looking at each other as she kneeled in front of her wheelchair. She felt optimism inside her as she gazed into Riddhima's eyes. Reyansh's plate was taken from her hands by Riddhima, who then began to feed her. Sia was silently consuming the dish without even speaking.

The scene that was in front of them stunned both guys. It was not simple to manage Sia. Sia quickly hugged Riddhima when she finished feeding her, sobbing on her shoulders. "Believe me, everything will be OK," Riddhima caressed her back and whispered in her ear.

She received medication from Reyansh, who also carried Sia in his arms. She was gently positioned on the bed by Reyansh. She fell asleep while Riddhima stroked her forehead.

Riddhima and Angre left the building. Reyansh joined them as well. She observed a building that was somewhat distant from the present structure, fully exquisite and contemporary.

That entire structure was covered in white and black paint. There were no signs of human habitation in the building, nor were any lights on.

The mystery was solved by Angre, who said, "That Building is a restricted place for everyone in the house, and the only ones who are permitted to enter inside are me and Mrs. D'Souza, the chief servant of this entire mansion."

“By looking at that building, I think there must be a ghost. Is any ghost in that building?” asked confused Riddhima.

“No, nothing like that. Mr. Vansh Raisinghania is alone living in that building. He is an introverted person who doesn’t like to mingle with everyone.” Replied Angre.

“My guess is correct. According to me, Vansh and ghost are not different people.” Chuckled Riddhima. Suddenly a barking sound came from that building, Riddhima understood there was a dog inside the building. Reyansh told her that the dog's name is Caesar.

Riddhima looked at another small building which was at the corner of the mansion. Angre glanced at her and told, “I think you know that place.”

Riddhima sighed, “The prison to keep who seems to be the culprit in front of the fire clan leader. I had a great experience from receiving an electric shock from you guys.”

The trio started to walk, Angre got a phone call from Vansh. He asked Riddhima to go inside with Reyansh. Soon, Reyansh also had a phone call so he left her alone. She immediately went inside and searched for the couple. Angre picked up the call.

“What is going on in the mansion? How is she behaving” asked Vansh as usual with a stern face from the opposite side.

“Boss, She is acting differently in front of each people in the mansion. But the most surprising thing was the way she handled Sia, that made me completely bewildered about her.” Said Angre.

“Angre, you can explain to me later. Now, tell me did you get any information about her personal life from her college friends or professors.” Enquired Vansh.

“Boss, already I have told a few info about her. But We didn’t get any information regarding Riddhima’s personal life. She has not even told about her past life to her close friends.” Said Angre.

“We need to find out about that soon.“ concluded Vansh by turning off the phone.

Reyansh picked up the call.

“Keep a sharp eye on Riddhima. Always be friendly with her and inform me of every detail about her. I want her every move in Vansh’s life. Meet me at my secret place where we meet.” said the voice from the other side of the phone call.

“Yes, Niya mam. I will do it. I have told you about my MBA dream.” Said Reyansh.

“Your MBA dream is still in progress, if you do the work properly then your demand will be fulfilled. I also wanted to talk to you about Sia. You should always act towards her kindly. I still want your acting to be improved. You should make her like a robot such that She must only listen to your words. You should have the entire control over her.” Said Niya from another side.

Riddhima on the other side ran fast to the prison where the couple was locked. After a minute, She found the correct prison where the couple had been staying.

“Ajay Uncle and Uma aunt” whispered Riddhima outside from the prison. Ajay and Uma were astonished to see Riddhima, both stood up from their sitting position.

“Uncle, don’t worry within a few days, I will take you both out of this mansion.” Said Riddhima with hope.

“But how is it possible? Riddhima, don’t risk your life for us. Just go away from her.” Said Uma.

“I am going to work under Mr. Vansh Raisinghania. So I will spy on his activities. After that, I will act and gain his trust. After gaining his trust, We will make a plan and escape from here until then don’t try to escape.” Said Riddhima boldly. Ajay supported her idea but Uma couldn’t accept her idea. She wanted at least Riddhima to be happy in her life.

“Riddhima, How did you escape from Vansh on that day?” asked confused Ajay.

“I told him a lie and escaped on that day from him and the entire mafia gang.” Said Riddhima biting her tongue.

She whispered the lie in the ears of Ajay and Uma. Both gasped at her words.

“Riddhima, do you know what you have done. If Vansh comes to know the truth, he will kill you. “said Uma with tears.

“You know very well. Before 13 years, Vihaan died. How will Vihaan come to India and marry you.” Gulped Ajay looking at Riddhima.

So who is Niya?

Angre and Reyansh are going to monitor Riddhima's movements. Riddhima is planning to spy on Vansh. Will the three spies concentrate on their work? Who will be successful at it?
