55: Contemplating too late
Marlene's first day on the job went surprisingly well for her. She had no idea what to expect when she initially began, when she decided to take the job and leave behind what she had already agreed to start. But it had actually turned out to be quite a good decision.
Although she had not done much, she felt like she was getting along with the new colleagues so much better than she was getting along with her old ones.
