Marlene blinked her eyes a few times before answering Reed.
“I don't even think you were there. Like I wasn't. Nobody knows how he eventually managed to convince his whole family that he actually died.
But I'm telling you that he told me that he's still alive”.
“ Okay, if he's still alive, then where is he?” Reed demanded.
“I don't know.” Marlene quickly responded and Reed looked at her with a deadpan look.
“What is that face that you're giving me?” Marlene asked immediately and Reed blinked several times.
“If he's still alive, he should have no problem telling you where he is”, Reed said. And Marlene quickly thought about it, but she didn't want to think like that.
