"You shouldn't have driven off Donna! That was a very stupid idea, the policeman already saw your car."
Dominic's words sank deep into Donna's ears, her stomach churning with unease. It was the first time she had heard him scream. And it was no different from a dragon's roar. But despite it, she kept her hands on the steering wheel, her gaze fixated on the road. They'd survived death in the dreadful forest, the road shouldn't be the end of them now.
