At midnight, Albert and the king were still slowly going through the old scroll. They were in the most secret and protected room in the castle. They could not understand most of the symbols in the scroll. They saw three items that could neutralize a sorcerer’s power. Honey, palm oil, and grounded charcoal.
At dawn, Albert collected the three items in a leather bag and held them. Everyone in the castle was apprehensive. One after the other, they came out, waiting for Mike to come out. They all had mixed feelings about his coming back.
