Fifteen minutes later, Kat, George, and Gee were waiting for their parents in the sitting room just as PaPa had asked. When they came out of their rooms, PaPa went straight for the door and held it open without comment. Everyone stood and walked toward the door. Richard glanced over as they began to make their way out.
“Why, Georgiana Lovelace, don’t you look lovely!” Exclaimed Richard grabbing her hand and giving her a twirl.
He was right Gee looked lovely. She had on a long sleeve, light-blue gown. The sleeves had white ruffles around the wrist, and the bodice was covered in flowers made of lace that matched the gown’s color.
