Kat was lost in thought as she watched The King and Queen dance together. When their song finished, he kissed her the way Kat had always dreamed of being kissed, but the way PaPa talked, it seemed as though Kat’s destiny was to live life alone while Gee would find it nearly impossible to choose a husband there would be so many men throwing themselves at her. She found herself smiling, wondering what PaPa must think about two men approaching her in one day. Both seem interested in her.
It was then Kat realized that The King had invited everyone onto the floor to dance. She was surprised to see Queen Amberly walking away. She was headed toward the Princesses and a woman Kat had never seen before. Gee must’ve noticed her staring because a minute later, she was in Kat’s ear again.
