The past couple of days had been great between Annelise and I, walking into the condo and seeing Anne seated alone in the balcony, quietly lost in thought and shedding tears broke my heart, as I approached her, I hoped her tears weren’t because of me, she didn’t notice my presence so she startled when I called her. Her wet eyes looked at me and my heart shattered in a million pieces, she was all red, she looked like she had been crying for a while now.
