Chasing his Property

Chaper 2

I was dumbfounded while at my desk, damn it! I don't want to be assigned to manila here because no matter what I do to avoid him, the path of the two of us will still cross. My cheeks suddenly warmed up as I remembered Chase kissing my neck that jerk! I shouldn't be affected by that i***t! Not again !.

            "Reign" Oliver calls me, my partner. 

                  "Why?" I asked.

            "Let's visit my Angel" he said smiling like an i***t. Angel is one of my former colleagues whom he was courting and is now his wife. 

             "Rest your Angel Oly first" I shook my head at him. 

              "But I miss her already! And then she might be crying because of the pain of her being hit by a gun" he exaggeratedly said to me so I punched him because of what this man had. 

            "Your just overreacting okay? She was just shot in the arm, and she also has a pain reliever" I replied to him, Angel was in the hospital because he was shot during their mission in Bulacan.

             "Let's go to the hospital please" and he looked at me with puppy eyes. I rolled my eyes in disbelief. 

              "K fine" I surrendered to him so he immediately pulled me out of the precinct. "Oh oh! You're not obviously excited!" I said in annoyed tone as I got into his car just parked in front of the precinct.

                 "Hehe" I just stared at his laughter tsk !. 

                  "What the hell ?!" I shuddered when I saw which Hospital she admitted. "Your mouth Reign Veviel" Oly warned me but I just ignored him and snorted because I was restless in my seat now "Where here already" he added so I stared at him. Dammit! Of all the hospitals here in Manila, Angel was admitted to the hospital where Chase works. "And please stop cursing Reign, it looks like you're not a woman" he said so I just made a face for him. 

                "Whatever" I bored answer to him. 

            "Good afternoon ma'am" the guard greeted us as we entered the entrance. We just nodded at him then we handed over our gun that was around our waist. Since visiting hours today so the guard did not ask us any more questions. I made sure that on every floor we passed I looked around, as much as I could I don't want to see him again. 

             "Reign" I looked at him as he touched me. 

                 "What?"

             "I forgot to buy fruit for her" I rolled my eyes because his just being exaggerated again "Go upstairs first I'll just buy fruit for a while Room 310" he said and damn that i***t didn't even wait for me to answer tsk !. I don't have a damn choice but to go to her room.

                 I was busy looking around when I bumped into someone, I was about to say sorry when he preceded me. 

               "I'm sorry" she apologized to me so I looked at her.

              "Zya?" I called to her, she looked up and looked at me in shock.

      "Viel? Viel oh em gee!" He exaggeratedly calling me. "What are you doing here?" She asked me with a smile. 

               "Ahm I'm just going to visit, my co-worker" I replied while smiling at her in an awkward way. I felt her look at me especially in my outfit, well I'm using my uniform. 

                "Your a police?" She asked me. I nodded to her so she looked at me in amazement "Why? I mean a princess like you don't belong to that kind of dangerous work" she knotted when she asked me and I can't help but to laugh at her so she glared at me . 

                    "I love my work, this is what I wanted, that's why daddy and older brother don't like what I want because I am their princess so I decided to leave and achieve my dreams" I answered her with a smile, I even heard her weak pile breathe. 

            "Does your parents already know this?" She asked, I shook in response as I held both of her hands 

              "Please Z don't mention it to my twin especially at my job and don't even let them know that we met today because I'm not ready to show them yet" I looked at her with pleading eyes, I smiled when I saw her gentle nod . "Thanks Z so I like you for my brother " I said then wink "It's just that brother is too weak" I added and i saw her blush "Don't worry Z at your wedding I will attend" I winked. 

           "You look crazy Viel" she said while shaking her head. 

            "Z please don't leave my brother, he was very hurt when you left and I don't know what will happen to him when you leave again, he loves you so much to the point that he can do bad things just to get you back "I told her seriously, she didn't say a word " I know how stubborn he is Z to the point that he gets everything what he wants in just snap of his finger so please Z stay beside him " I pleaded. "I don't want to hear promises Z just ... try to do it" hse didn't say anything because of what i said. I know my wish is not easy , but heck! Call me desperate but I will do everything for my twin brother, I don't want to see him in that situation again. I smiled when I saw her nod softly so I just hugged her and said 'Thank you' to her. I bid my goodbye to her since I will visit Angel again. 

                "Hi" I greeted as I entered Angel's room. She smiled at me when she saw me in front of the door. "How are you?" I asked. 

                     "Fine, I really want to get out of here. You how boring here" she replied "Anyway where is Oliver?" She asked. 

           "He forgot to buy fruits for you" I replied, she just nodded so I just smiled. At the same time, I took off my upper uniform and put it on the mono block where I was sit and since under my uniform is a white tshirt so I could remove it whenever I wanted, it was just awkward and my uniform is very close to my body.

        "Hmn Reign can you please?" She asked, I saw her paleness so I immediately approached her.

        "What it is? How do you feel?" Fvck! Where are you Oliver?!. 

        "I think I feel vom -!" She said vomiting so I immediately looked for a place where she could put her vomit and because there was no basin here and I just gave her a plastic bag. 

       "Are you okay? How are you feeling?" I asked, she was slightly closed and she was still pale. 

          "I suddenly felt dizzy Reign" she replied so I nodded in response even though she couldn't see my nod because she still closed her eyes. 

        "I just went to the nurse station huh? I'll let them know how you feel" I said, she nodded as I was about to open the door when Oly arrived. 

      "What happened?" He asked wrinkled. 

           "Watch your Angel first, I'll just go to the nurse station to informed that she's dizzy" I replied so he immediately approached his wife, tsk! This man is really overreacting at any time. I just kept walking to the nurse station. 

"Good afternoon" I greeted to the male nurse who is busy writing the chart while next to him is a doctor who's bent over because he is also writing. 

"Y-Yes ma'am" I laughed a little because of his stuttering and he blinked a little because of my laughter. 

"I just wanted to inform you that our patient was dizzy in room 310 and then she also vomited" I said with a smile that made the nurse dumbfounded "Ahm nurse?" I called here while waving my hand. 

"A-Ah o-okay po ma'am" he replied and because of his stuttering, the doctor next to him looked up so I was shocked when I saw him dammit! It's him again. Suddenly my heart beat faster when I saw him smirk.

"O-Okay sir?" I asked the nurse, he nodded at me then smiled so I smiled back at him before saying goodbye. I was only a few steps away when I heard a curse. So I hurriedly walked to Angel's room when I heard who is cursing, what a life!                Curious, yes that is the sign on the face of the nurse I talked to earlier who is going to Angel's room with medicine. 

             "What! Let me go!" I said firmly while pulling my  wristband he was holding but damn him! He only tightened his grip on my hand. "What!" I sighed as we were in the elevator, he still didn't let go of me I was struggling. "Let me go-! " my eyes widened when he suddenly pushed me and pin me on the elevator wall "What are yo-" I also continued what I was going to say when he suddenly kissed me so my eyes widened even more. I tried to push him but he's too strong, he wants to insert his tongue but hell I don't want to allow him to enter-I sighed when he suddenly squeezed my breast and that was his cue to insert his tongue to me dammit it. I tried to push him away but every time I pushed him he only pressed his body more towards me so I could do nothing but breathe heavily. "Hmn" I moaned in pain because of the way he kissed, as if he was punishing me. Fvck! I really want  hit this bastard when my lips bleed. I tried again to keep my mouth shut and turn my face to the other side but the jerk hand touched both my cheeks.

* ting! *

          It was only then that he stopped kissing me and gasped as I looked at him sharplybut the jerk grinned and then pulled me out of the elevator and that's when I realized we were on the rooftop of the hospital. 

         I feel like my lips are swollen because of the way he kissed me. 

"What are we doing here ?!" I shouted at him "What! Fvck!" I cursed as he didn't speak so he stopped walking and looked at me with a frown so I stared at him before I rolled my eyes . I backed away slightly when I saw the darkening of his face. I stepped back as he stepped closer to me. "Ay!" I moaned as he pulled my waist closer to him so I sank into his chest. I felt a strange tremor in my chest when I saw his face was still dark. 

"You ..." he said firmly to me "You don't  allowed to talk to another man beside me" he said firmly which made me frown, what is he crazy? And who is he to ban me like that. I shook my head by what he said.

 "You're crazy" I said while looking at him sharply , I felt his heavy breathing at the same time closing his eyes tightly. I feel comfortable because of our position. I felt him tighten his grip on my waist as he opened his eyes. 

"I'm warning you Veviel" he said firmly to me. 

"Huh! What are you crazy? Also, don't act like you own me-" I sighed as he pressed his body against my body so again I sighed because of the closeness of our faces. "Stay away" I said without strength because I also felt the tremors in my knees and I feel like I will fall anytime. I saw his slight smile so I averted my eyes, I don't want to meet his eyes, I don't want to ... I am immune to what he did before and I don't want to feel rejected again or be stupid hoping he will like me, I already moved on and I don't want to feel weird  feeling from him again. 

I held my breath as he bit my earlobe. 

"Remember this Veviel the day you enter your fvcking life on me that's was the day I own you. You are mine, mine alone and you know that I hate rejection" he whispered in my ear at the same time as he sucked my neck and I was out of my breath.
