One month later, Dulsar… It was decided that a small but important ceremony, followed by a celebration in Skyler’s honor, would be held the day before Derek and Lauren would take their vows. A record would be entered into the database, officially logging Kiersten and Aiden as the adoptive parents and protectors of Skyler, the last child of the Future Fae, and secret Prophecy. Only those in the immediate Royal Families were told of the Prophecy. It was agreed that no one would discuss it with Skyler, as she was too young to make sense of it, nor anyone else as a means to keep her safe.
