“Lights ten percent. Initiate security system to lock quarters upon my exit,” Rosalind spoke into the quiet of her bedroom.
Deciding they’d have time to work out the details once they were off-planet, she had transferred the necessary files to the computer on the Lioness. Tossing the remainder of what she deemed as necessities into her flight bag, Rosalind closed the cloth case and made her way in the dim light to the door of her quarters. Looking around one last time to ensure she had everything, she said her silent goodbyes to the life she had built since leaving the Air Force.
