1388 Words
Seeing Marcos was so formidable, everyone thought they were going to die here. Before Marcos came for the revenge, Mooney thought Ryan could definitely beat his enemy, but when he found Marcos was so powerful, he felt that it was no use for Ryan to come. Actually, Mooney felt lucky to some extent because Ryan didn’t come here yet. Otherwise, he may have got Ryan into trouble. “What’s your last words?” Marcos said. When he finally had the chance to kill Mooney, Marcos felt hesitant because he didn’t want to end it so quickly. “If you are gonna kill me, just do it. I don’t have any words to say.” Mooney said bravely. Marcos then took the weapon and walked towards Mooney. Just when everyone thought Mooney would be killed by Marcos. A voice came into their ears. “Stop!” A man shouted. Everyone turned around, and the man turned out to be Ryan. When seeing Ryan, Mooney thought maybe there’s a glean hope of survival. Marcos also looked at Ryan. He had never seen Ryan in the city before, so he didn’t know Ryan’s strength. “Who the hell are you?” Marcos asked. Ryan didn’t answer Marcos. Instead, he said, “If you crawl out of the house, I’ll save your life.” Before Marcos came here, Mooney also thought Ryan would beat the crap out of Marcos, but after the fight just now, he’s afraid that Ryan may not be Marcos’ rival. “Mr. Jones, I don’t want to get you into this trouble. You may not be his rival.” Marcos also felt good about himself, “You can’t compete with me. If you get off now, I may save your life.” Marcos only wanted to kill Mooney. That’s his main purpose. He didn’t want to cause an uproar in the city. “I’m not going anywhere. This is my place. If you think you can beat me, then do it.” Ryan was not afraid at all. “How dare you claim it’s your place? It won’t take me one second to kill you.” Obviously, Marcos thought poorly of Ryan. Ryan didn’t want to waste time quarreling, so he clenched his fists and walked towards Marcos. It seemed that the best way to end all this was to kill Marcos. “You are courting death,” Ryan said while jumping up and then hit Marcos on his chest. Marcos didn’t get hit, so he raised his fist too. When the two fists collided in the air, everyone was surprised to see that Marcos was bounced back ten feet away and then fell down to the ground. Marcos tried a few times to get up but in vain. He didn’t expect Ryan would be so strong. Other hatchet men were standing aside, astonished by the scene. When they first saw Ryan, they thought Ryan was just another ordinary person who would be beaten by Marcos, but it turned out that they were wrong. Ryan was much more powerful than everyone had thought. “Do you still want to challenge me?” Ryan asked Marcos. Marcos was crawling on the ground but couldn’t even get up. He kowtowed to Ryan and said, “Sir, please don’t kill me. I won’t come for Mooney again.” Ryan was not a cruel person, so he smiled, “I’ll let you go this time. If you come to find trouble with Mooney again, I’ll definitely kill you.” After a while, Marcos got up from the ground and kept kowtowing to Ryan. “I’ll never come to Mooney for revenge.” Then, Marcos walked out of the house. Mooney slowly got up and walked to Ryan. “Thank you so much, Mr. Jones. If it’s not you, all of us will die here.” “Never mind, Mr. Mooney. It’s just a piece of cake.” For Ryan, the most important thing was to gain a foothold in the city. After the fight just now, everyone held high respect for Ryan. “From now on, Mr. Jones is our most distinguished guest,” Mooney said. Ryan would never expect to be a celebrity. Before he had the magic power, he was just a poor kid who couldn’t even feed himself. “I have some business to deal with, so I got to go now.” Since the last crisis, Phil became more mature. When he encountered a tough situation in the shop, Phil would try to solve it by himself. He felt lucky that someone could give him the opportunity to earn so much money. Before he came to the city, he didn’t even imagine he could be a millionaire. One day when Phil was catering for the customers, a group of people came. Phil looked up and saw a group of people equipped with axes was smashing the shop. The tables and chairs immediately broke down into pieces. Seeing such a situation, all the customers rushed out of the shop. The man in the front was Hart who was holding an ax in his hand, looking extremely arrogant. Phil walked over and said, “Hart, what are you doing here?” In the past, if Phil met with such a situation, he would definitely feel afraid, but now, he seemed to get used to it. Hart then grabbed Phil by the shirt collar, “Cut the crap. Don’t know what I am doing here? I’m ordering you to shut all the shops in the city.” The guard at the front door, however, never saw such a scene. He dropped the rod in his hand and then ran away. “This has nothing to do with you. Please leave, we will continue our business.” Phil said, not afraid of Hart at all. Hart was infuriated by Phil’s words. He kicked Phil hard in the belly. Immediately, Phil’s rib fractured. Phil kneeled on the ground, covering his belly with his hands and looking extremely frightened. He didn’t expect Hart to be so violent. “You are done,” Hart warned. Then the gang continued to smash the shop. There were many good-looking waitresses in the shop. Just as they were about to run from the back door, Hart came and stopped them. Hart looked at those waitresses up and down and licked his lips. Phil, who was kneeling on the ground, knew what Hart was going to do, so he stood up immediately and rushed to Hart, trying to protect those girls. Phil, of course, could not compete with Hart, so he was beaten down to the ground again. Just as everyone thought Phil would give up, he stood up again, which shocked the waitresses. Though Phil was an introvert and not good-looking, he was the most reliable in such a situation. Hart didn’t show any mercy. He then kicked Phil in the chest so hard that blood was spitting out from Phil’s mouth. “Stop hurting him.” A waitress named Alva screamed. Among all the waitresses, Alva was the most beautiful. Her words immediately caught Hart’s attention. Hart then walked slowly towards Alva and pinched Alva’s jaw. “Boys, let’s have some fun,” Hart shouted sinisterly. After saying that, Hart reached his hands towards Alva, but Phil couldn’t allow Hart to do it. Phil struck Hart in the back with all his strength. “Back off, you bastard,” Hart shouted. He then took out a gun and pointed at Phil. “I’ll give you two choices. Either you commit suicide, or I’m gonna kill you with the gun.” Phil didn’t flinch, “I won’t let you hurt those girls. If you wanna kill me, then just do it.” Boom! Hart shot the gun.
