Scarlet was early for her job interview. She was stunned to see a very big mansion. She entered the gate and was welcome by one of the household Staff. who Lead her directly into the mansion she couldn't believe her eyes she was surrounded by so many arts on the wall. It was a magnificent home more for royal family. She got lost in thought and admiration of all the artworks on the wall. Just in time Lucio's aunts ant Helen joined her, she did not even know when she got there. Scarlet was startled by a voice asking, and you are. She quickly turned to behold a woman in her late 50s. She looked noble well-comported and elegant. You could tell she is not one to toil with. Scarlet quickly introduced herself. Good day I'm Scarlett Johansson and I'm here for the job interview. Lucio's aunt replied,. you are hired, you'll be working as my personal assistant. In as much as it looked a bit weird to her, cause she expected to be interviewed as to her credentials and experience as per her work.

She Shook it off, she needs the job so if it comes easy then yeah she's taking it. Though she wanted to know what her job description entails. Ma'am, what is my job jurisdiction she asked Lucio's aunt. Your jobs Starts Now Lucius aunt replied. She asked The house staff to show her around the home and back to her for instructions. Be sure she listened to every rules abiding this mansion.

The house staff bowed in agreement and escorted Scarlet out of on Lucio's aunt's presence. Scarlet was introduced to other staffs in the massion she listen to Every of the Mansion's rule and regulation religiously. She went back to meet Lucio's aunt. Who wasn't ready to meet her anytime soon. Scarlet stood for hours waiting for her to come give her some work to do. She didn't come, she wanted to make sure she stood there aimlessly. Scarlett tried letting the house staff inform Lucio's aunt she was waiting. None of them gave her attention. And when she felt it was time to get going she was asked not to. She remained in the waiting section of the mansion hoping Lucio's aunt would appear. Scarlett leaned on a wall when she got tired. Dozing off and waking intervals. She got startled by a voice saying hey, Lady. She woke up to the sight of a woman wearing the mansion uniform. The woman said you can go and come back to work tomorrow. Scarlett could tell she's a senior staff in the mansion. She looked at her wrist watch and it's already 1:15 am.

Scarlett knew it was so late to be out on the streets. She might not be able to find a ride home at that hour.

Scarlett Left the mansion late that night. Just a few steps down the road a cab drove towards her direction. She took the cab unfortunately she was picked by a drunk driver. The driver drove carelessly until she got to her destination. When she got out of the cab she was dizzy and tensed. The driver drove off immediately in a drunken state.

Scarlett reported to work the next day and on getting to work Lucio's aunt was already sitting out waiting for her. You're late, Lucio's aunt angry said to her. Scarlett tried checking her wristwatch. Then Lucio's aunt interrupts. It's 6:58 am, you're supposed to get to work by 6:30.

Sorry ma'am, it won't reoccur Scarlett replied. Though it's a bit awkward to Scarlett cause all jobs start at 7:am. Though she'll rather be silent and not dispute and thing her boss said. Cause it's obvious no one wants to hire her in the city. Even when they have vacancy in the establishment and she's qualified for the vacancy

Scarlett knew she needs the job and would do anything to keep it. She has lots of bills to pay and no food at home. Follow me, Lucio's aunt said Scarlett hurriedly followed few, steps behind her. They got to a door which must have been locked up for ages. One of the house staff brought the key to the door on a tray covered with a white piece of cloth with the key place on top of it.

The house staff opened the door and stood back at the entrance of the room. Lucio's aunt took three slow steps forward and said to Scarlett. Clean it up before retiring for the day. And walks away with the house staff. Scarlett tried to talk but didn't cause she feared the reply she'll get. She stepped into the room which was all dusty and filled with cobwebs. A lot of abandoned art work in the room. Scarlett starts picking up the art piece dusting and admiring it's beautiful. She cleaned and cleaned until she could clean no more. And just as she was about getting through with the day job. Someone locked her up in the room, she ran after the door screaming to let the person know she was in there but the door got locked still. She banged and banged till she got tired. The room belonged to Lucio's late mom. Lucio's warned the house staff not to clean or touch anything in the room hence it's been locked for years. Lucio's aunt knew Lucio would be visiting that day and that whenever Lucio comes to the house he visits the late mom's room. Lucio got so angry seeing Scarlett in the room. So he locked her up in there. The last house staff that cleaned the room had her eyes pulled out by Lucio. So his aunt knew Scarlett would be in for a big thing if Licio sees her in the room. Scarlett on the other hand got tired of trying to get someone to open the room. It got late and dark in the room luckily there was a candle lamp by the drawer she lit it on. Scarlett spent the night in the room hungry and afraid cause she doesn't know why no one has checked on her since she's been locked in there. Not even her boss.

Very early the next morning Lucio's aunt came and opened the door. The house staff opened it and left leaving Lucio's aunt and Scarlett. Scarlett quickly ran out of the room. Apologies for the inconveniences Lucio don't take kindly to cleaning his late mother's room. Lucio's aunt said and left, Scarlett stood there in confusion for a while. Scarlett walked to the kitchen where she met some staffs. They all had that pity look, one of the staff went to her and offered her a glass of water. You're quite lucky the last person that entered the room had her eyes pulled out by Lucio. She whispered to Scarlett and hurriedly went back to work. Scarlett now lost in thought with pity faces staring back at her while pretending not to. She wondered who is this Lucio. Why would her boss ask her to clean up the room knowing fully, well what this Lucio does to staff's who enters the late mother's room.

Now Scarlett knows this is not a conducive work environment for her. And decided to quit immediately. She quickly went to her boss who was sitting outside in a garden taking coffee. Am quitting this job. I really can't work here or as your assistant. Scarlett said. Sorry you don't get to quit, this is the only job you can get in the city. No one would want to hire you knowing fully well you've worked for Lucio. Scarlett angrily ignored her rant and rudely walked away. Lucio's aunt replied expecting you back to work but don't take too long. You wouldn't want Lucio coming after you for disrespecting his great aunt. She then smiled in a creepy way.

Scarlett got home exhausted and pounced on her mattress, looking up at the ceiling she wondered what really happened. Such creepy people she got up, opened her refrigerator and found nothing to eat. Scarlett is already very hungry she had not eaten since the previous night. Very disheartened she sat on the floor, her stomach making rumbling sounds. She got up freshen up to go look for a job not minding the pay.

She went to every local shop in the city, but no one wants to hire her. Even if as a kitchen assistant or less. She got tired of walking on an empty stomach so she sat by a park. Confused and not knowing what to do next.

It dawned on Scarlett that Lucio's aunt has cast an evil spell on her. She had no other option rather than going back to the mansion. The thought of the previous staff. That had her eyes pulled out still scares her. She still can't place her hands on why her boss sent her to the room knowing the dangers of it.
