"Can you invite your mom over?" Amy peered up at me and I gave her a shocked expression.
I wasn't expecting her to want to meet with her. I swallowed and just nodded, stepping away to make the call.
I hit her number and waited for her to answer. It didn't take my mother long to pick up her phone.
"Thaniel? Come to apologize?" My mom sounded petty and displeased with me.
"She's been branded and wants to speak with you." I didn't have to say more than that before she burst with questions.
