Amy and I spent all damn day buying baby s**t for a nursery that I had made from an extra guestroom. Cassandra had gotten ahold of a mother that had milk to spare. She offered it as donation on the regular to help mothers in need. It didn't take long for Amy's best friend to get there with it in a cooler.
"Alright, there should be a bunch. Let me see the little munchkin." Cass held her hands out and wiggled her fingers for the baby.
Amy passed the baby to Cassandra and smiled. Cassandra's face lit up as she looked over the baby in his green swaddler with a pacifier in his mouth.
"Awww, sweet pea. What did you decide to name him?" Cass swayed him and gently bounced.
"Addison." Amy gushed and her best friend warmly smiled.
