Todd and I burst out of the door he led me through and into a large field. With the exception of a couple of small buildings that appeared to be storage buildings of some sort, the bunker was the only building in sight. In the not-so-far distance I could see four cliffs of varying heights jutting out from the side of a mountain. About fifty yards ahead of me, I saw Kane running away from us in his wolf form. Without hesitation, I shifted into Ashanda and Todd shifted Dion, who was a little smaller than me and was the color of sand.
We both took off after Kade, but it was immediately obvious that Kane and I were both faster than Todd.
