" Merigold. Something is going on." Lilly says. She is sitting behind me with my head in her lap. Her voice sounds far away. I can't move. Breathing is difficult. I'm fading in and out.
I fear I may not make it out of here alive. I am fighting with everything I have left just to stay awake. It is getting hard to do. I just want to rest for a while. " What hear?" I whisper. " Feels like the building is shaking. I think I hear fireworks." she says in a low voice.
