Rekka walked through the city streets.
-Man, this is tiresome. – Thought Rekka – Why does Whitebolt live so far from the guild.
After a couple of minutes, he finally arrived.
-What took you so long?
-Sorry guys, I had something to take care of.
-You always have something to take care of. – Giggled Maeko.
-Where are the others? – Asked Rekka.
-They are searching for a task. – Answered Maeko in a tired voice – And I have so much homework when I get back.
Rekka awkwardly giggled and proceeded.

Adventurers greeted him. Rekka waved back with a smile. He sneaked up behind his friends.
-What are you guys searching for?
Sora and Kaito got startled.
-Rekka, nice timing. – Said Sora – I was thinking of taking this task. – He pointed his finger towards a poster – It’s a Tier 7, Threat 3 average mission, should be easy.
-I think it will be fun too. – Agreed Kaito and stretched.
Rekka grabbed the poster from the wall.
-A slime pack led by an Electric Slime attacked a village nearby. – Rekka started reading – 10 gold coins in compensation. I don’t know Sora, the village is located pretty far from here.

-Don’t you have homework to do? – Said Rekka with a sinister grin.

-I don’t have a problem. – Answered Kaito – What about Maeko?
-She’ll tag along. – Sora headed towards the exit.
-Goodbye Harumi. – Rekka waved his hand and left.
-Have a safe trip! – Harumi smiled back – They grow up so fast. Rekka already has 55.000 PL and is a Tier 6. He’ll become a wonderful adventurer. – She thought.
The kids started heading towards the village.
-Where are we going? – Asked Maeko.
-It’s a small town outside Limasse. – Answered Rekka.
-Eeh? I warned you that I have a lot of homework. – Pouted the young girl.
-You talk to Sora about that.
-Hey, don’t blame it all on me! – Said Sora and walked in front of them.
-Who chose this task? – Giggled Kaito.
Sora became silent and they continued walking. They joked and giggled on the way. Finally, they arrived at the carts and started their journey.
-Where are you heading kids? – Asked the man.
The kids explained and the man whipped the horses.
-A four hour trip. – Sighed Kaito.
-Want to play the guessing game? – Suggested Rekka.
-I’ll start. – Maeko lifted her hands. She was wearing tough iron gloves, as her main attack source was her punches.
Four hours passed and they arrived at the small village. They navigated through the forest and entered the plains. Small stone houses covered the area.
-This place is beautiful. – Said Kaito and rolled in the grass.
The sun brightly shined the fields of grass. The kids walked through the village. Kids were running and having fun. The elderly were watching from afar. One noticed Rekka and approached him.
-Hello boy. What brings you in our village? – He asked with a kind voice.
-Oh, we are the adventurers. We heard in the guild that slimes attacked this place. – Rekka answered with a confident voice.
-Adventurers this young? It’s hard to believe. – The old man thought for a bit – He looks weird. – He then decided - I’ll trust you kids. The slimes are from north here. Be careful please, I don’t want any more to get hurt.
-Don’t worry sir, you can trust us. – Said Maeko and punched his iron fists together.
This gave the man confidence and he left. The kids headed towards the north. They crossed small bridges and talked about how they would beat up the slimes. At last, they arrived.
-Do you see them? – Asked Rekka hidden behind a rock.
-There’s at least twenty normal slimes and that big yellow one, that’s should be the Electric slime. – Answered Kaito.
They were resting in the fields.
-We should attack them head on. – Suggested Sora.
-I’ll take on the main one. – Said Rekka and created his longsword – Let’s go.
Rekka jumped forwards and ran straight towards them. The slimes noticed the attack. One jumped and Rekka cut it in half. He swung his sword and created multiple fireballs. He pushed his hand and all at once, exploded many of them.
-Does he even need our help? – Said Kaito with a proud smile.
-Hey, I want fun too! – Shouted Sora and followed Rekka.
Maeko smiled and joined in too. Rekka approached the main Electric Slime. It attacked back with bolts of electricity. Rekka dodged it with his speed, jumped high in the air and with a mighty strike, pierced it, killing it. Rekka wiped off sweat from his forehead.
-That was pretty fun. – He smiled, showing his red canine teeth – Let’s head back.
They notified the old man of their victory.
-Did you kids really do it? – Asked the shocked man.
-It wasn’t hard at all. – Said Rekka with a smile.
-Well, that’s great! Thank you very much! We will have a great feast for your name today. – Said the man.
-Sorry, but we need to leave. – Nervously said Maeko – I have a lot of homework to write.
-Oh, it’s understandable. – The old man thought – They are from the Battle Academy it seems.
The old man gave them lot’s of food for their trip, and the kids left.
-We should return here sometime. – Said Kaito.
-Why not. – Answered Rekka while indulging himself in meat.
They all returned to Limasse safely and went to the park. It started to get dark, so they said goodbye to each other, and left on their ways. Rekka went to the guild and claimed the rewards.
-Good job. – Said Harumi and handed out the 10 gold coins in a bag – Don’t forget to share it with the others. – She giggled.
