The moment she said that she’ll wait; my heart feels like it’s going to explode anytime soon. I mean, I’m not being corny or whatever but f*ck my heart skips beats, I think.
“I was hoping for that respond.” I said, and I saw her flushed.
“I mean, of course we’re in a relationship, and I do understand our situation. I know you’ll come back. ” She said, smiling. But her smile, it looks sad somehow.
“Of course ---- you’ll never know, when you wake up one morning, and I’m already by your side looking at you in the eyes, and maybe kissing you.” I said without a beat.
When I look at her, she’s blushing. “Someone’s blushing.” I tease.
“Because you’re being cheesy, and all” She replied.
“Oh! Am I”? I said, and she nodded. “Can I ask you something personal”? She then asked.
