My conversation with Nox and Storm was eye-opening, to say the least. I had always considered Haunters to be above the law, and with Lyric in the wind, I never once thought about him facing punishment for his wrongful deeds. I wasn’t sure how to feel about it, to be honest. On the one hand, he betrayed my trust and hurt me in ways no one ever had before. On the other hand, I truly believed that he had not been in his right mind in the hours following his resurrection, and that he acted so uncharacteristically sadistic due to temporary insanity. I could tell that Nox wasn’t really feeling my theory, while Storm really wanted to believe it.
