Calder My phone rang. “S**t, what now,” I muttered under my breath. I climbed off the bed and grabbed my phone off the nightstand. Looking at the caller ID, I saw it was my dad. This probably was not good. I looked over at Remi. “I need to take this. Stay right here, I will be just a minute,” I told her.
