Charles's POV: I walk out of my hiding when I can't bear it anymore. Why is Chuck still waiting when he can just come out, capture these men, and make a public example of them? I don't need to hear any information from them to know what he's here for. My brother was just acting like a loser and it was annoying the hell out of me.
