Vanessa alighted from the car and fixed her gaze on the building before us. Her dad has a great building structure, I must admit.
She was quiet and said nothing, but I knew what was going on in her mind, and for a couple of times, I thought of turning the car around and going back to the Lycan's territory, never to return to the park with her again. But, that would mean never knowing the truth about her past, a huge part of her life, and I can't be selfish in that aspect.
She had to face the truth. Charles might find the cure and when she recovers her memory, it might be hard to accept her past.
