I stood at the gates of the Green Shadow Pack’s headquarters, feeling an odd mix of emotions. The tall iron gates loomed in front of me, cold and somewhat unwelcoming. For a place I had once been tied to, it felt so distant now, like a fragment from someone else’s life. I could not remember much about growing up here or even the people in it. My memories of this place were a blur and scattered after the attack that had taken so much from me, including pieces of myself.
