In the shaded garden of the cathedral compound, most of the international news correspondents listened as the spokesman-priest of the Anglican Church of the Central Province of Zimbabwe set the parameters for the funeral of the murdered headmaster.
“The funeral for the late Reverend Father Jacob Mbuwayesango will take place tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m.” He paused, noting to himself that the media ranks had swelled from the garden to the sidewalk leading to the cathedral.
