Chapter 1: The Girl Who Tripped Over LoveMika Reyes believed in three things: iced coffee, embarrassing herself in public, and not falling in love.So, of course, she tripped, literally, on her first day at Luna Valley High.Her notebook flew. Papers rained like dramatic confetti. She landed right at the feet of the school’s most annoyingly calm boy .“Uh,” the boy said, blinking down at her. “Are you… okay?”Mika looked up and groaned internally. Great. Cute boy. Witnessed humiliation. Perfect combo.“I meant to do that,” she said.He smiled, a soft, honest smile. “Impressive technique.”That was how Mika met Eli Navarro, and how her peaceful life officially ended. Eli said " now can you move? Your blocking my way. mika stood up and awkwardly smiles and steps to the side, and eli walked pass her.
Mike thinks to herself " it's just the first and you've completely humiliated yourself already huhu, I'm doomed for real this time".
Mika entered her assigned room, she goes in and saw Eli, and she remembered the embarrassing scene happened just a while ago and now she's classmates with the guy she fell into and she thinks she's really doomed now.
