I was happy to hear that. You must face the consequences? You can't run from it and nobody will help you out of it!

He was not happy with what his brother was saying, he stood looking at him with one side of the eye. I'm feeling guilty about the whole thing already, but what can I do at the moment? Will Trent ever forgive me for what I did? No! I'm not pregnant. It was just a prank! I'm not feeling comfortable with this anymore and I have to get out of the place.

"I don't know her! I saw her just once and I can't remember where we met!" Trent said, crying. He looked at me in a horrible way but I didn't give a damn. No one believes him.

"She's just ruining our party! I don't know what she's talking about since the time she got here. Why is she saying she's pregnant? I can't be the father of a child! I know nothing about what she's talking about!" he insisted. I'm happy that said it. I've to act very fast and take my leave before things go out of hand.

"Me! Another man? How could you say that? You knew you were the first person that ever touched me! No one did! How long will you deny this? How long will you wait? Am I not better than the lady right in front of you? You promised to take me home and do everything necessary but you never fulfilled your promises! Just tell me you don't want to take the responsibilities and I will find my way around it! I'm not forcing this on you, I just wanted to let you know what you did and nothing more. I will take the responsibility myself. I don't need you to do anything! Don't even look for me anywhere! Hope you get that? This will make you happy since you have achieved your aim! " I said, crying. His father walked out of the hall through the left exit.

No doubt I did my job well and am sure that it was a successful one because I was able to convince everyone to a reasonable extent. I walked straight to the exit door and took my leave. I heard a loud noise coming out from the hall as i left just now. I have set a fire among them and no one would be able to quench it. It's my job. I'll always apologize for what I did in the future, but for now I have achieved my aim. I feel sorry for the poor lady and Trent who doesn't know what I am talking about.

I got into Dora's car, which was parked not far away from the hall. I looked at the hall trying to see what was going on, but I was far from the place.

"How is it?" Dora asked me with a smile as I sat down. I slammed the car door shut. I took a deep breath and am not really happy about what I did for my fellow woman. She drives away from the hall.

"I successfully ruined their party. Nothing could be done anymore. My money is the most important thing to me. I did this because of the money", I frowned in response. She has promised to give me a million if I can help her with the task.

"Yeah," she dipped her hand inside her bag and took out a check and handed it to me.

"Are you sure it is still intact? It won't bounce?" I asked doubtfully. My eyes were on the million written on the check. Dora laughed softly.

"Trust me. You did what I wanted you to do. I can't cheat you" she said.

I'm sure she can't do anything because she always keeps to her words.

"It's better you move out of this city. Trent will definitely look for you. I don't know what his plans will be, but he might want to hurt you" she said.

I don't know much about Trent, all I know about him was his face, which I saw clearly in the hall, his name and age. I also knew that he was rich. He is from a wealthy family.

"The truth is that, you won't see me after today," I said.

She smiled and nodded her head. I got out of her car. I went straight to the bank to transfer the money into my account. I can't afford to waste time anymore because I don't know what Trent will do for me.

The transaction is successful, I can always trust my friend anytime. She will never scam me.

I went home after withdrawing to my satisfaction. Mom and I will be leaving this place for another city. I think Canada or the UK would be the best option for us. I chose Canada, to treat my mother well and started a new life. I have to continue with my education as well, since I have all that it takes. I'm just twenty years old, I can still go through educational stress.

Time passed quickly. I wasn't expecting Trent and I to cross paths since I had left the place where we met. I don't think he saw me, but I saw him evidently with my family lawyer. He's the manager of the company that gave me a contract to design their company. He doesn't come to the branch, he is always at the main office in Toronto.

It's more than five years. I don't think he will remember me anymore. I own a furniture company now and also provide catering services for interior design. I can't forget that I was once hired and ruined his birthday/proposal party. Is he already married? I'm eager to know. Should I send someone else to take the task? Most of my current workers don't have more experience of what I am doing and those that are expert are working in some other places. What should I do? It's good that he is not always around at the company.
