Eva's POV
Even with one of hands held in Mr. Coleman's, mom still finds some way to clasp her hands together, giddy.
"That's great news! I'm so happy that your job has brought you all these amazing people, darling. It's settled then. You'll talk to Mark for him if anything comes up."
I nod my head at mom and Mr. Coleman's but my eyes never leave Aaron.
This time, he's the one pretending not to know that I've got my eyes on him.
"Great. Well, that settles it then. I couldn't get a wink of sleep the previous nights because it was all I could think of. I really want you all to be there."
