"Alice, did he do something to piss you off? I haven't seen you hit someone like that in public?" Samirah asked cautiously.
"Nothing major. He was just being his annoying self and I didn't feel like dealing with words. Isn't it easier to just hit and leave? Anyways, would you like to try some new cuisine with me? I found a good restaurant nearby. Let's go there for lunch!" Alice sighed and deviated the topic just like Samirah expected.
Samirah didn't hold back her complaint, "You always do this. Can't you tell me if you are having a bad day or if someone is troubling you? I am a Luna, you know? I have a say around here."
She also added a dramatic hair flip for good measure. Alice watched her from the corner of her eyes and snorted.
