We Need To Talk

1029 Words
(Wild) Waking up to the bed shaking and angry growls had already put me in a bad mood. "What the f**k is going on?" I snap. It has become silent after I asked. I start pushing on the man who is practically laying on me. He is still looking at something else. Beast finally starts to calm down and moves to a chair next to the bed. I look around and notice I'm in my room. Then I noticed that the door to my room is wide open showing a different hallway then the one from Eclipses pack house. "Where the hell am I and why does this room look like my room?" "You're at the capital and why this room looks like yours is because it is. It just appeared when you came." I hadn't noticed the group of strange men in my room until one of them talked. The man who answered was dressed differently from the rest of his group. "I guess he is their leader, but what did he mean that it appeared? How could a room appear out of no where?" I thought. "Who are you and why are you in my room?" I asked while I stare at the man. I could tell he was powerful and older than he looks. He looks to be about forty-five at most but I wasn't fooled. I could tell by his green eyes that he was much older than that. He had midnight black hair that was combed back and it almost touched his shoulders. Sharp nose and had feminine features. If he was a woman he would of been considered a rare beauty. "My name is Rico and I am your grandfather. The reason I am here is to see you and get that piece of s**t out of here." Rico answered, by the end of his statement he was throwing a dirty look to Beast. I became angry at the way he looked at Beast and gave my own dirty look at Rico. "Do you think you have the right to tell anyone to leave my room? Just because you are my grandfather? A grandfather I have never met, never heard of until a few days ago. Where were you when I was held captive? Where were you when I was being tortured? I have never met you and you insult the very man who has saved me. So as far as I'm concerned he is more then welcome to visit me in my room it is you who is not welcomed." By the end of my rant I feel my power saturated my room and a force pushes the unwanted guests out of the door. I noticed two people pushing the group away from the door. I know Beast is talking to me telling me to calm down but I don't listen. Anger is all I feel, as I snap my head towards him. "Why are you even here? One minute your nice the next second you act like I don't even exist. On second thought you get out too." I see the look of panic in his eyes, he tries to reach for me but right before he can touch me again I scream. "Get out." A hand reaches for me on the other side of the bed. I look to who to find the twins in my room. "When did you get here?" I ask with tears starting to build in my eyes. "We just got here. We need to talk to you, is that ok?" I nod my head. "Wild please just let me back in." Beast frantically says at the door. "Dude just back off let her cool down first." Eric says. Beast nods his head looking at me with desperate look as the door closes. I take a ragged breath as I try to control my breathing and pull back in my power. "Thank you Eric for that. I don't know why I became so angry." "No problem. It probably had something to do with the testosterone levels surrounding them." Eric says with a smirk. "Are you feeling better?" Elijah asked, rubbing small circles on my back. "I think so." I answer taking a steady breath. "So what do we need to talk about?" I asked looking between the two of them. They give each other a look before they look back at me. "We're not sure where to start." Elijah says. "Well the best place to start is at the beginning, don't you think?" Eric and Elijah nod their heads at the same time. "Now Wild before we start you should know that we are sorry for that day." Eric says with a guilty look. I look between Eric and Elijah, who both have a guilty look on their faces. Giving them a confused look cause I am not sure what they are apologizing for. "Sorry for what? What day are you talking about?" "The day we beat you up." Elijah whispered softly. "Why are you apologizing now? That was so long ago, I know you guys were angry at losing your dad and at the time it was easier to blame me. I don't hate you for it and I forgave you both. It's partly my fault he died." "It was never your fault that our dad died Wild. Never and we were old enough to know better then to blame you." Eric says. "Why are you bringing this up now? I don't understand is this what you wanted to talk about?" I asked still confused on what they are trying to say. I know that they have felt bad about it for years now, but it became an unspoken rule that we never talked about what happened that day. The twins stare at each other for a minute before looking back at me, with a look that told me of the pain they held in. "What are you not telling me?" I could sense that there was something that was more to this conversation. If only I knew before hand what the twins were about to tell me would change everything I thought I knew.
