As January moved into February, life in the Bennett–Barnes household, as the label on the mailbox now read, was falling into a comfortable pattern. I worked, Andy took care of things at home and we made love, often and wonderfully. I still hadn’t had my turn, but I was patient and more than satisfied for the first time in my life, actually. Andy had been made an official volunteer at the school so he could help me with Weight Training Club and use the facilities as he wished.
