The first thing out of the box was a small stack of pictures held together with a paper clip. At first glance, they looked like random shots of visitors to the farm at different times of the year. Megan looked closer and noticed that the back barn was in each of the pictures. A few had images of two women in the shots, the same women. Young, attractive women.
Under the pictures was a beautiful ruby and diamond ring, set in an old-fashioned setting. Even if the setting was outdated, the cut of the stones was exquisite.
