I had awoken next to raijean cuddle up next to me with her legs wrapped around me, I check the time and it’s around 5 am and my phone was ringing non stop. I slipped out of bed trying not to wake her up. I slipped my jeans on along with a white tee calling Zoe to tip him off about picking Rai Jean up when she woke up nd slipped my boots on before heading out and returning calls, (ghost) whimpered at the site of leaving our mate in bed without a kiss. But I ignored him, I reached the front brass door and my father called , “yang” my father “ HEY SON ,where are you we are here at the pack house waiting for your arrival” archer - “ how could I forget so quickly” , “ uh yea something came up I’ll be headed your way in a few dad” Yang “ ALRIGHT SON” he said before hanging up. I still smelled like honey I thought to myself after settling in the car . What would I tell this man ,to get him off my chest about meeting my mate today. The thought of it just made me want to run off with her and hide away. Yang “ so son where is this daughter in law of mine?” Archer “ well dad, you’ve already met her so I really didn’t see a need for a re introduction” I said yang “ hmm I’ve already met her?, hmm is it little Rai Rai ?” I almost stand completely up out of the chair after hearing that long lost nickname. Archer “ DAD! Yang “ yes son I received a email from a long forgotten acquaintance of mine about the whole thing. Did you really think that something of so much importance would slip pass me? The fact that you think I didn’t already know is a insult to my intelligence” he said in the most calming manner ,I knew his feelings was hurt from the tone of his voices I knew my father all to well to ignore his change . Archer “ to be honest dad everything was a little rocky although we have knew each other for a while I didn’t know for sure and technically she confirmed my suspensions just last night” he gave me a assuring smile before saying “ I understand but I wana see her before I leave, I owe her father who was a very close friend of mine the pleasure of welcoming her into our family, her father and I were once partners in crime almost most of my years of being here”, with our species our wolves are from another time,but now we evolved to immortality with that being said I already knew of your mate before you and I were thought of” I was shocked I never knew any of this,I couldn’t find the words to say. I woke up checking my phone and had 6 missed calls from archer but hesitated to call back I place my phone back down and got up from the bed, it’s only been two days and a lot has happened I really contemplated on going Mia on archer but I knew not only would it effect him but it would definitely effect me,and I was having a internal fight with seven about the whole thing. I plopped down on my bed and stretched laid there for 5 mins then there was a knock at the door and a sudden entrance, Robin “ hey honeybun how’s everything going ? Did Yu review the paper work?” Rai’jean “ uhm well archer and I keep butting heads and I’m just really flustered with all this stuff and information. Archer “ hey babe, I missed you more” how does he do that I thought to myself before dismissing that thought and jumping on archer on my bed. He embrace me and I inhaled his scent as he rolled me over to my back kissing my neck and lips .sparks shot through my body and I almost blacked out. Before I knew it we where a hour into a make out session the windows were fogged and the room was filled with heat. Archie “ let’s go baby,we got a few thing to do before we get into that” what did he mean by that? I got up energized and slid my boots on while he zipped my bag up. Archer “ do you have everything?” Rai Jean “ yes yes I do” everything but you I thought to myself seven “ our mate missed us and your sitting her contemplating leaving him” I scoffed at her in my head Rai’ Jean “ oh hush” as I watched Archie set my bags by the door my heart skipped a beat he can be so cute sometimes.
