Chapter Six Lilly was on the bar again at Murphy's Tavern. You didn't even have to wait for your eyes to adjust to the dim interior light to tell. Her neon pink hair practically glowed in the dark. I gave the room a quick scan. The lunch rush had died down, but the place was still pretty busy. People in this neighborhood had nothing better to do on a Saturday afternoon than drink. "Hey, Mack," she greeted. "Whatcha drinking today?" "Just a Guinness, for now," I said. "Taking it slow today, huh? What, you got a hot date tonight?" She winked. "Something like that."
