Well, that phone call certainly could have gone better! Which is the reason why I had wanted to tell Aubrey about moving out of The Pines on 4th in person.
I suppose I probably should have discussed this with her before I scheduled the movers, but I didn’t think she’d take it THIS badly. I have set foot in the building maybe half a dozen times since I returned from Hawaii, and only twice have I actually spent more than a few minutes inside the apartment. Once to pack up clothes to take over to my dad’s house, and today in order to box things up to put in storage.
I just don’t need an apartment that I’m not even using when I could make $8,000 extra a month in rent! Money which would be extremely useful to pay for the extra building maintenance costs! So why should
