It was just two days before St. Valentine’s Day. That special romantic holiday for all those lucky lovers who are in a committed relationship, or pretending to be. It’s the most opportune time to go all out with a festive exhibition of our eternal love. It’s an occasion that generally includes a heartfelt card, a bouquet of roses, a heart shaped box of chocolates or gift of jewelry, and fine dining. Or in the case of Aubrey and I, a super romantic visit to her obstetrician.
