Chapter ThirteenAfter the reply to the article had been e-mailed to the paper and after Tom had headed for home, Toby felt that he deserved a nightcap with the Captain. Just then his mobile rang. It was the BBC pressing for a panel where experts from either side of the argument could battle toe to toe about the rights and wrongs of the issue. ‘Could we have the Captain?
