Alex feelings for Luna

1541 Words
In the heart of the bustling city, nestled between towering buildings, stood a quaint bookstore that seemed to be a world of its own. The bookstore was a haven for book lovers, a place where stories came to life and where Alex and Luna worked side by side. It was here, amidst the shelves of books and the quiet hum of activity, that Alex’s feelings for Luna began to blossom. Alex had always been a reserved and thoughtful person. He found solace in the pages of books and the quiet corners of the bookstore. Luna, on the other hand, was a breath of fresh air. She was kind, gentle, and had an infectious enthusiasm for life that drew people to her. Alex admired her from afar, watching as she interacted with customers, her eyes lighting up as she recommended her favorite books. It started with small gestures. Alex would bring Luna her favorite coffee in the mornings, knowing she loved the rich aroma of a freshly brewed cup. He would help her with the heavy lifting, always finding an excuse to be near her. They shared quiet moments, discussing their favorite authors and the stories that had touched their hearts. For Alex, these moments were precious, and he found himself looking forward to their time together more and more. As the days turned into weeks, Alex’s feelings for Luna grew stronger. He couldn’t pinpoint the exact moment he fell for her, but he knew that his heart skipped a beat every time she smiled at him. He cherished the way she laughed, the way her eyes sparkled with excitement when she talked about a book she loved. He admired her strength and resilience, qualities that only deepened his affection for her. One evening, as the bookstore was closing, Alex decided it was time to tell Luna how he felt. He had rehearsed his words a hundred times, but now, standing in front of her, his heart pounded in his chest. “Luna,” he began, his voice trembling slightly, “I need to tell you something. I’ve developed feelings for you. I think about you all the time, and I can’t keep it to myself any longer.” Luna looked at him, her eyes wide with surprise. She hadn’t expected this. She valued Alex as a friend and a colleague, but she didn’t feel the same way. “Alex,” she said gently, “I appreciate your honesty, but I don’t feel the same way. I’m sorry if this hurts you, but I can’t give you what you’re looking for.” Alex felt a pang of disappointment, but he respected her feelings. “I understand,” he said softly. “Thank you for being honest with me.” Meanwhile, in another part of town, Alpha Blake was grappling with his own emotions. He had once been close to Luna, but circumstances had driven them apart. Now, seeing her transformation from a timid, unsure woman to a strong, confident individual, he realized how much he had lost. Luna had grown in ways he hadn’t anticipated, and he admired her newfound strength. Blake had a secret, one that weighed heavily on his heart – a hidden baby, their child. He knew he had to fight for Luna, not just for himself, but for their child. He approached her, determined to win her back. “Luna,” he said, his voice filled with sincerity, “I’ve made mistakes, but I’ve never stopped caring for you. You’ve become so strong, and I admire that. I want to be a part of your life again, for our child’s sake and because I still love you.” Luna listened to Blake, her emotions in turmoil. She had moved on from him, or so she thought. His words stirred something within her, but she couldn’t forget the pain he had caused. “Blake,” she replied, her voice steady, “I appreciate your honesty, but things have changed. I’ve changed. I can’t just forget the past and pretend everything is okay.” Blake nodded, understanding the difficulty of the situation. “I know it’s not easy, but I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make things right. Please, give me a chance.” Luna was torn. On one hand, there was Alex, who had shown her kindness and love beyond her expectations. On the other hand, there was Blake, the father of her child, who was now fighting to be a part of their lives. She needed time to think, to weigh her options carefully. When Luna got home, she sat down, her mind racing. She thought about Alex, his gentle nature, and the way he had always been there for her. He had never pressured her, always respecting her boundaries. Then she thought about Blake, his determination to make amends, and the bond they shared through their child. Luna knew she had to make a decision that was best for her and her baby. She didn’t want to be seen as foolish or indecisive. She needed to follow her heart and choose the path that felt right. After much contemplation, Luna decided to talk to both Alex and Blake. She met Alex first, explaining her situation and her feelings. “Alex,” she said, "you’ve been wonderful to me, and I appreciate everything you’ve done. Alpha Blake was so surprised to find Luna still close to Alex that he had to interrupt. “Luna, what’s going on? Haven’t you considered giving me a chance?” he asked as he stopped them. Luna asked Alex to excuse her while she talked with Alpha Blake. Alex stood in his position, his heart beating fast, praying she wouldn’t be deceived by Alpha Blake’s words. “I know what you want, Alpha Blake. For crying out loud, who gave you the address to my apartment, and how did you find out I have a child for you? It could be one of your subjects. But listen, I am not ready to give you a chance, nor will I disclose the baby to you. Besides, I lost the baby while giving birth, if that’s what you want,” she answered him. Blake held her hands. “Look here, Luna, I am a changed person. Yes, I know I need the child just as much as I need you in my life. I have realized my mistakes, and I will do better than that bastard standing over there,” he said. “Well, that ‘bastard’ is the reason why I am alive today. He gave me hope after you made me hopeless. The strength I needed came from his support and encouragement,” she answered him. “Are you saying that you are going for him?” he asked with jealousy. “And what if that’s my decision? Moreover, did you ever care if I existed? Excuse me,” she said and turned to leave. Alpha Blake rushed to Alex and almost hit him when Luna shouted at him. “This is what you call change? Well, you have to prove it to me. Goodbye,” she said to Alpha Blake and left with Alex. Luna was still yet to make her final decision, but her heart and desire were leaning towards Alex. She knew that choosing Alex would mean disappointing Alpha Blake, but she couldn’t ignore the love and support Alex had shown her. Alpha Blake, on the other hand, was determined to win Luna’s love back. Being an alpha, he became violent towards Alex, driven by his jealousy and desire to have Luna and their child in his life. One evening, as Luna and Alex were closing the bookstore, Alpha Blake appeared, his eyes filled with anger. “Luna, you can’t just walk away from me. I won’t let you,” he growled, his voice low and menacing. “Blake, this isn’t the way to win me back. Violence won’t solve anything,” Luna said, standing her ground. “You think you can just replace me with him?” Blake spat, pointing at Alex. “I am the father of your child, and I deserve a chance.” “Deserve? You think you deserve a chance after everything you’ve done? Alex has been there for me, supporting me when you abandoned me. He has shown me what true love and care are,” Luna replied, her voice steady. Blake’s anger boiled over, and he lunged at Alex. The two men grappled, their werewolf strength evident in their struggle. " I dont think i need to fight you, Alex. rather I needed to mock your weakness." " Luna is mine." Blake said. however, he got more shocked of his life when Luna left his presence with Alex. alpha Blake, feeling so disappointed, got home and sat on his chair, as he almost got lost in thought when Mia met with him. " it must be about her." Mia said with her cold voice as Blake listened. " yes, it is all about Luna." Blake replied her. Mia Laughed, making it fun. she breathed down and had to smile as she spoke calmly with him. " why do you laughed, are you trying to mock me.?" alpha Blake questioned her annoyingly.
