Right now I am torn between two options. One is showing Connor the fact that even if he treats me like trash, their are other people who value and see me as an important person unlike him who is there to tease and do all kinds of stuff but eventually leave me .
However ,the other option is to pretend like nothing has happened and ignore Jake just to make myself be on a safe side and prevent any possible punishment that I might face after this encounter.
I open my mouth to say anything but in vain .
“ Okay, I think we shall meet around ” Jake finally adds when he sees that am not able to say a single word I move without saying a single word amidst the numerous eyes of those who were watching us from a distance perhaps wondering what was taking place .
