CHAPTER-2

EVA'S POV

'Bang'... Something fell in school with a loud sound. 

I got shocked when that sound dropped in my ear. Everyone in class ran in that direction. 

What will I do here, I think I have to follow that sound.

Yes, Let's go!

This voice came when all students were going to the confection room for morning prayer.

My best friend Jenny also ran with me towards following other students. 

Jenny has got admission in our school just a few days ago.  

We followed the voice and stood in front of the library. There is a crowd of all the teachers and students of the school here.

After reaching there, Jenny and I started to see each other's face. What happened there, was a matter beyond our comprehension.  

There was a similar situation for all the people standing there who wanted to know that such a loud voice may have come from the fall of something, but what?

Seeing the crowd there, Jenny took my hand in her hand and started trying to understand what was the matter?  

I asked Jenny to stop there, freed my hand from her hold, and went ahead. From asking a classmate, I came to know that a huge cupboard kept in the library, which was too heavy, fell on the ground on its own.

Hearing this, I started munching my nails with teeth. Wrinkles were felt on my forehead.  

After all, how did such a huge cupboard fall to the ground? 

At the same time, Jenny came to me, ripping off a crowd of students. 

She too put her handkerchief on her face. 

"Oh my God, what has happened? But is there any earthquake, if it is so heavy, then how can it fell?"Jenny asked me while placing her hand on my shoulder. 

At that time, I had a finger on my lips. 

Then I start looking in the room, I found that the cupboard was made of wooden and was broken by the fall, some books were left out of it.

Suddenly I got shocked when Jenny pinched me on my ass.

"What happened dude? Why you pinched me so hard?" I turned towards her and asked.

Jenny pointed her index finger at a corner of library.

And I again got shocked when I found that Miss Margaret was standing there scared.

All teachers and staff convincing her, and asking about her condition. 

Miss Margaret, Our school principal.

Her face become so sweaty while talking to teachers.

All the teachers and staff surrounded her. Together, our class teacher, Miss Marry, was also standing with her at front. 

She asked for a glass of water from the peon and wanted to give Miss Margaret, water to drink but she refused. 

I now understand that Miss Margaret survived from coming down of cupboard clearly. 

The cupboard was about to fall on her. Jenny also knew like me that the cupboard was about to give over to Mam.

There was a suppressed voice of the students from behind, "Thank god! Mam was saved but her cruel act always run on us."   

Seeing Jenny's face, I felt that she wanted to say something. 

I asked her, "What happened, Jenny, do you want to say something?"  

Jenny scratches her head and says, "Eva, today principal Mam survived. But is there any earthquake, how such a heavy cupboard fell?" 

All the teachers and students standing there wanted to know how such a huge cupboard fell when there was no one there?

But seeing the worry of Miss Margaret, it became clear that she might have survived by coming under the cupboard.  

When I looked at Miss Marry, she was also a little nervous, I even gestured to Jenny, grabbed her hand and went to her.  

I took Miss Margaret's hand in my hand and consoled her. But Jenny is still afraid by Miss Margaret. Don't know when her mood become dangerous and she start scolding us? 

Even then, Jenny also took new admission. 

Once, seeing her courage, my courage was also fell but I hold her hand and we came here. 

Like other people, should take information about the whole incident from principal. After listening to me, She told me the whole thing.  

"I was checking the library during your class checking this morning, and you know that Miss Marry would have been able to see the work here when the librarian was not here." I nodded my head in yes.

"When I came here, I found Miss Marry is not here. She was late. You know that my mood rises to the seventh sky as soon as I see a slight mistake. At that time it was the same, when Miss Marry came here a little while, I was moving in the room screaming at her but suddenly that cupboard which was standing there, going to fell on me." She pointed her index finger to the cupboard and again started telling.

"I could not understand that why I was standing there. I was just about to press from the cupboard that Miss Marry pushed me to this side. It did not even scratch me, but Miss Marry got a slight injury."

Both Me and Jenny flocked to Miss Mary. She showed her hand from which the blood was coming out. Even then, she is smiling. 

Jenny immediately showed her handkerchief and tied it on her injury. 

Miss Marry take our hand in her hand and said, "Thank you very much, Jenny and Eva. Keep helping others like this."

This time I answered her point because Jenny is not able to talk so much. 

"Miss Mary, it doesn't matter that it is the duty of us. You and Principal Mam are the basis of this school. Nothing should happen to you people."  

"Yes ma'am, you people should not have anything, you both should take pain medicine." Jenny also said after hearing me.

This time, the Miss Margaret, the Principal Mam, asked everyone to go to their class, 

"Everyone, go in our class, we are all fine, there is no need for your sympathy."

Me and Jenny also went away. Then there were only a few staff and some teachers standing, the rest turned to go to their classes. 

Miss Margaret's mood ever gets worserchief.

I saw Jenny's face. Sweat pours down from her face. 

I wiped it from my handkerchief and said, "Dude, there is nothing to worry, this is not the same as the principal maam, it is not happened so now-" 

I stopped my words at middle and shocked to see Ian in front of me.

I got into thinking that What is the man doing here? It's not a simple thing because...
