Nothing could’ve prepared me for that text message.
I’ve been stuck working some late shifts and when it got too late, I asked Maggie to take Herman out, but knowing Kayla saw her there half-dressed made my heart drop.
Though I knew we’d never work out, Maggie’s been desperately trying to get us back together. My heart will always be with Kayla. Nothing could ever change that.
