6.For want of a stable relationship, my life had taken on a regular pattern; fairly structured, even a little too rigid for my taste. I’d left the halls again for a pretty studio of my own. Being short on money, I’d decided to share with a young woman. My salary wasn’t enough, even to live modestly. My parents sent me a bit of money each month to make up for it.
