Before leaving for Saint Petersburg, which we’d already planned for the start of July, Frank was going to be working throughout June. He’d landed a contract as a security guard for four weeks. This was a job he did occasionally in between his main work to help towards the inevitable expenses, taxes and bills of a capitalist, and not very humanist, society… He’d also started selling some of his books and DVDs to earn more money to put towards our trip.
